I have top load fully automatic washing machine for nearly 10years already and my tips if you want your washing machine to last long:

-Take care of the mechanism, make sure hindi mababasa
-Huwag hayaang gumamit ng washing machine kung mahina ang pressure ng tubig
-Yesterday first time namin pinalinis ang washine machine namin after 10years so dapat regular ang maintenance ng paglilinis inside and out may ask expert help to do it for you.
-ipatong sa hollowblocks para hindi mabulok ang ilalim
