hindi ako happy sa electrolux ko sira na after 1 1/2 year di na cover ng warranty nachek up na ng service center awa ng Diyos di pa din nabalik para ayusin mahal din naman ang bayad sa kanila

I've had my American type washing machine for over ten years or so . Siguro twice na ako nagpalit ng motor. Di na siya kasama sa warranty. I just call up our go to washing machine and dryer repairman. He buys the parts and charges me for labor too.

Any feedback on Panasonic washing machines? Quality and service centre okay ba?

Planning to buy my first WM - choosing between Panasonic and Samsung.

we both have Samsung and Panasonic auto wm (hinde talaga samin yung isa but we can use  ) Style and function mas ok si Panasonic, mas tuyo ang mga damit (both are spin dry lang).
 Mas mukha din matibay si Panasonic, pero mas higher model din kasi siya mas madami functions, while yung Samsung simple lang.

Bumili na kami ng bago, LG tatak, yung 2 in 1, na may dryer na din na function, 10.5 kgs, nasa 57,000 ang bili namin sa SM Appliance.

kaya LG binili namin, kasi napansin namin yung mga laundry shops dito sa amin, eh puro LG ang gamit.

Nagamit ko na for the first time kahapon, and mas gusto ko to kesa doon sa whirlpool.

10 Years warranty sa motor, sana nga eh magtagal sa amin.

Parang laki ng price gap? Maybe because yung dryer nung samen 80% lang.

Also, paano ba magtanggal nung natengga na water? Ang bigat pa naman.

this is really good to know. are you using topload or frontload?

i'll probably get panasonic topload. similar features ng samsung but chrome finish yung panasonic so better tignan. im getting my WM later. first time ko maexcite maglaba

Most likely the price gap is because of the technology. If 57k worth, malamang front load yung sa kanya and if 23k, top load yung sayo. Higit na mas mahal talaga ang mga front load.

dati ariel liquid for all our clothes then i tried breeze liquid detergent para sa de-color then ariel liquid for whites. pero napansin ko dun sa breeze may naiiwan pang residue sa clothes. may mga puti puti pa na parang bula na natuyo. kaya mag switch back na lang ako sa ariel for all the clothes.

After almost 9 years nagretire na ang LG top load AWM namin, pina-check up ko sa authorized service tech at almost 6k pa ang magagastos ko kung iparepair ko sya. Bumili na lang ako ng bago, Sharp 8kg twin tub. Mas nakamura pa ako at bnew pa. Tutal di na din namin ma-maximize ang AWM, sobrang hina ng water supply dito sa amin eh, kaya twin tub pinili ko. May free Ariel liquid detergent pa. Sana magtagal din ito sa amin.

Whirlpool 7kg twin tub yung nabili ko last May, so far so good naman. Wala pa naman kaming naeencounter na anything bad pero halos 4 months pa lang din naman kasi. Trusted brand din ang whirlpool kaya go na! hehe

Feeling ko mababa ang quality ng Whirlpool WM. We are using automatic WM, pero nakaka 3-4 years palang, nagkaron na ng problem. Minsan nag-eerror kapag mag-spin na.. Tendency need ulitin ang load.

Warning: Do NOT buy an Electrolux washing machine!!!

We bought their 10k inverter model (EWF 14023) end of August 2017 and started using it mid September 2017.  Less than seven months later, it started leaking oil and ruined some of our clothes (we could not get rid of the black oil stains).  They fixed it and provided a replacement machine (but only after I got mad and demanded one).

Now, three months after they repaired it, the drum has stopped moving.

Their service guy came to the house over a week ago (August 29) and informed me that the inverter board needs to be replaced.  He said someone will call the next day to give an update.   No one called.  I?ve been calling them for the past week, and they?re always promising that someone will call to give an update and no one ever does (they?ve promised to call four times now).

There are no available parts for a supposedly new model.  We have to wait a month. ONE MONTH. And they?re just guessing at this point as to when the part will be available. In the meantime, we?re left hanging as they have yet to get approval to lend us another service unit.

Years ago, we had a Whirlpool washing machine that also had an electronic board, but it took two or three years before it went kaput.  On the other hand, my mother?s Whirlpool with manual dials is still working to this day and it?s more than 25 years old.

The lesson I?ve learned from this, is that the next time we?re buying a washing machine, we?ll stick to Whirlpool with manual dials.  Though the Electrolux repair guy said to buy either Speed Queen or Maytag.

Lastly, a few people have told me that their Electrolux washing machine only lasted 4-6 years.  For one of them, the third time it needed to be repaired, it cost so much money that they ended up buying a new washing machine instead.

Electrolux, moving forward, just stick to vacuum cleaners please.

^sad naman sis. Hindi biro ang 10k ha. I remember i bought our fully AT panasonic wm na 6kg for only 12k then 1yr to pay pa thru my bpi SIP nuon... 6yrs na sya pero never ito nagbreakdown.. ilang beses na din ito inilipat-lipat ng pwesto at bahay but still in good working condition kaya tama ang husband ko na wag mag-experiment ng kung ano anong brand lang when it comes to appliances. Kaya kahit mahal as long na tatagal for at least 5yrs.. Im planning to buy a new ref kasi then sabi ko gusto ko magtry ng ibang brand like kelvinator. Pero sabi ng husband ko samsung or panasonic na lang daw kahit mahal at least di ka mapapaiyak sa inis. Last time i bought a condura ref na malaki pang-business namin angkaso nasira agad. Kaya ayun. Iyak ako. Sayang ang 15k hehe. nirepair pero waley pa rin. Hehe.kaya ngayon never na talaga ako bibili ng condura ref.

Yup, hindi talaga biro considering we paid over Php 40k for it.  I researched, and Electrolux had good reviews in the US. Wala akong makita na local reviews masyado - yung sa Samsung washing machine lang na madami ang nagreklamo.
