I'm doing something called reverse hair washing. You basically use conditioner first before shampooing. (Head & Shoulders shampoo and conditioner lang yung gamit ko.) Napansin ng sis ko na mas maganda yung bagsak ng buhok ko. Mas smooth and shiny pa tingnan. :D

May nakagawa na ba nito?

Done this before noong mga panahon na dry and frizzy hair lang ang problema ko. Super ganda nga ng effect. Volumized yung hair. Parang nakaangat sa anit yung hair but not sabog sabog.

bought last night at SnR Loreal Oleo Therapy, it's sulfate free.  Ang lambot ng hair ko. Was torn between Aveene, the one that is sulfate free as well.  Hope Loreal works miracle on my damaged  hair due to coloring.

RE: REVERSE WASHING

Forgive my ignorance, naexcite ako sa pagtry neto kaya ayun, nabanlawan ko yung conditioner saka ako nagapply ng shampoo. hehe. dapat pala hindi banlawan. kaya pala, parang wala namang effect kako at nahirapan lang ako maagsuklay after maligo. :-[ might try again tomorrow the right way.  ;D

Sa reverse washing: Wet your hair thoroughly tapos lagay ka ng conditioner. For best results, leave it in for 2+ minutes. After that, dapat basang-basa and/or slippery yung hair mo. Then shampoo na tapos banlaw. :D

I think ok reverse washing if you have thin hair na hindi naman masyadong damaged. May "volumizing" effect. I'm guessing it's cause hindi limp yung hair from conditioner residue.

I have dry, color-treated hair na coarse in some parts (do not bubble dye shampoo your hair - EVER!). Out of the shower, super wiry and coarse ng texture with this method. I skipped the serum before brushing ritual to see the effect better and hindi talaga kaya. When my hair dried, I put serum na and that took care of the faux nest.

Will continue to do this, but will try a different shampoo siguro. Used Dove Treatment Mask and Sunsilk Gold. Will try kung better with T&G.

tama ba sis? conditioner (leave for 2 mins) tapos banlaw. then shampoo na tapos banlaw? natatakot ako pag nagsusuklay ng hair. sobrang daming hair fall. ang gamit ko na now Tresemme shampoo and conditioner.

na-confuse ako bigla hehe

conditioner - leave on for 5 minutes - rinse - shampoo - rinse yung nabasa ko online so that's what I did. kayo din?

By the way, for hair fall, I suggest getting a hair serum na pwede on damp hair. Apply before combing/brushing. Life errr hair saver!

sis sexy^pink, don't wash off the conditioner. Bale you use your shampoo to remove the conditioner from your hair. :)

---

For reverse washing, naka-depende din kung anong shampoo and conditioner ang gamit mo. (Please refer to the original link I posted a page back.) Some may work better than others, some might not work at all, so it's up to you if you want to try it. I use H&S shampoo and conditioner na pink. x)

I use dove hair fall rescue serum. Not sure ano pang brands yung pwede on damp hair and hindi sticky. Vitress kasi super heavy.
