Parang 400 ata yung big bottle.

I use Human Nature, maganda yung orange and yung clarifying shampoos nila.  Will try the apple variant soon.  Napansin ko na di siya harsh and mabigat on my hair like other shampoos I would regularly use before (ex.

^ I also like the fact na mas mura siya compared to the other brands I used before.  Yung dating shampoo brands na ginagamit ko mukhang mas malaki dahil sa size ng bottle, pero nung nicompare ko yung laman nila to Human Nature by ml or oz e lumalabas na mas sulit yung Human Nature.  Nice pa kasi homegrown eco-friendly brand siya and the owners are very involved in charitable organizations.

Sa shampoos, so far pinakamaganda ang effect sa hair ko yung Aveeno Nourish and Shine, also Kerastase Bain Satin. Currently using Garnier Repair and Shine, ok naman but it's not HG material for me. Wanna try The Body Shop's Rainforest shampoo next or one of the L'Oreal sulfate-free shampoos kung makahanap sana ako.

Right now, I use Lactacyd baby bath (the blue one) as my shampoo to treat dandruff then human heart nature strengthening conditioner (green). I love how these two products make my hair soft and less frizzy. It took a while nga lang for my hair to get used to this routine. During the first few weeks of use kasi ang tigas ng buhok ko.

I also plan to try the shampoo version of Human Heart Nature, baka mas maganda result.

Aloe Derma shampoo works on my hair. I'm already on my 4th bottle and healthy hair ang result.

Effective yung nizoral shampoo for dandruff. I use it kapag lang nagkakaroon ako ng flakes. 3-4 weeks interval Siguro. Tapos lauat shampoo every 2 days and creamsilk treatment cream 2x a week and creamsilk conditioner everyday. I also brush my hair every night.

papalit palit ako ng shampoo kasi lagi akong may dandruff. i tried all commercial shampoos pero yung mas madalas ko inuulit is sunsilk saka dove. clarifying shampoo ko naman is vo5 in vanilla kaso wala na ko mahanap sa supermarkets. conditioner ko is tresseme. super nipis din ng strands ng hair ko and dry, sitff and brittle kaya di pwedeng no conditioner. hinahanap ko yung mabilis na pampahaba din ng hair kasi gusto ko humaba agad. normally it takes me 2 years para humaba lang ng isang dangkal. ganyan sya ka slow. painfully slow talaga.

I want to try the nizoral. Hindi naman ako nagfflakes pero nagkaka-dandruff ako. Dagdag mo pa ang hairfall. Haaay.

I'm doing something called reverse hair washing. You basically use conditioner first before shampooing. Mas smooth and shiny pa tingnan. :D

May nakagawa na ba nito?

I've switched to sulfate-free hair products. I'm currently using body shop's rain forest shampoo and conditioner. The scent is okay, a bit citrus-y. Before, I used Human Nature.
