Agoda or Asiatravel? Which websites do you go to for hotel booking

Agoda din yung palagi namin ginagamit to book forhotel at so far wala naman kaming bad experience. Pero pansin ko nga mas mura ang Asiatravel noh? Ma-try nga.

I have tried Asiatravel once nag book ako ng 3 rooms for 3 nights at Tagaytay  ok naman yung service nila so far everything went well naman.

Just booked at best western f1 hotel at BGC via agoda. Wow Ang bilis Lang ng confirmation email ha! asiatravel Hindi Ko pa natry.

I've booked with Agoda lang 5x local and one sa Bangkok. Mura siya ng konti pero me points kasi...

One experience I've had na medyo na hassle ako was when I booked sa waterfront sa Cebu for 3 nights (and paid beforehand too) tapes one night lang pumasok, the next day pinag checheck out na ako so I went down to the front desk to clear this and antagal tagal ko dun inabot ng one hour.... Samantalang pagka check in naman namin sinbi ko date ng check out...

Pero over all I like booking sa Agoda because I read the reviews and very helpful sa akin yun kasi we always travel as a family so nababasa ko reviews beforehand kung child friendly ba hotel

i always book through agoda. okay naman eversince. i use it for local and international trips and hubby and i are happy with it

^ sis, yung cancellation fee is depende sa hotel and rate na ibo-book mo. Check mo "booking conditions" before you confirm your booking. Merong iba, free cancellation up to one day before date of stay, merong 15days before, merong non-refundable, etc..

I tried both Agoda and Asiatravel for local and international bookings and so far, I have not encountered any problem.

We booked thru Asia travel awhile ago for our Macau trip this coming March. Is it normal that they got our credit card info but then after it says that we will pay at the hotel directly?

Tried and tested ko na ang Booking.com. They even have secret deals for members.

have tried agoda before, smooth naman lahat. asiatravel havent tried pa. though i look at all websites and compare prices and charges before i pick one to confirm a hotel booking. that includes booking.com and hotel.com ata yung isa.  nagbook din ako thru agoda for my parents dati that we had to cancel a month before their travel date because my dad had mild stroke, they gave me a full refund.

regarding cancellations of Agoda bookings: just make sure you read the booking conditions, because there are promotions that are non-cancellable and non-refundable, so these are normally cheaper than the usual promos. there are promos that are cancellable within a period of time and fully refundable.

Baka kasi may cancellation problems yung mga nag review ng hindi maganda. In my experience kasi wala naman akong cancelled or rebookings. Ok naman yung transactions ko. Tsaka ito pa lang naman yung unang booking website na natry ko so i have nothing else to compare it with. And yes, mura talaga. Yung secret deals minsan talagang bagsak presyo pag nag book ka asap.

i booked for the first time using agoda.
actually, i made a mistake in my booking (wrong dates). After i realized 10mins later, I tried change my booking in their website but failed to do so due to the strict terms.
I then emailed customer service about it. After 3 follow-ups, i was able to correct my reservation.

I'm glad i was able to fix it or else i would have had incurred a loss. So, for now, i guess i can stick with Agoda.

agoda rin kami. we booked asiatravel a couple of times before pero sa mga tours lang.

Both. Asiatravel instant confirmation talaga. Agoda I've experienced twice na I had to call them up pa to have my voucher sent.

nagbabalak kasi akong magtravel sa sembreak at ngayon ko na din sana bibilin yung ticket. Pag ganyan ba ang situation mga sis nagbobook na ba kayo agad ng hotel as early as april or pag malapit nang umalis like september? Thanks in advance!
