Hi sisses! Need feedback re: this itinerary. Will be traveling to Hanoi with my 66-year-old mom in October:

DAY 1 - Join Sunday walking tour in Old and French Quarters (St. Joseph Cathedral, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son temple, Hanoi Opera House) water puppet show at night
DAY 2 - Halong Bay daytrip
DAY 3 - Cooking class in the morning; Afternoon walking tour: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, Imperial Citadel, Temple of Literature, Museum of Fine Arts, Hoa Lo Prison
DAY 4 - Women/gem museum, Dong Xuan market shopping, late flight back to Manila

Are Days 1 and 3 feasible? Thanks in advance!

REVISED ITINERARY for October 2018 Hanoi trip:

Day 1 - Early morning arrival in Hanoi; French Quarter tour in the afternoon c/o Hanoi Free Tours and Water Puppet Show at night
Day 2 - Old Quarter tour in the morning and Street Food Tour in the afternoon (both c/o Hanoi Free Tours)
Day 3 - Halong Bay day cruise
Day 4 - Visit other spots not covered in Days 1 and 2; shopping; Late night flight back to Manila

Accommodation: Hanoi Stella Hotel (Old Quarters)

Worth it ba kapag 3D/2N lang sa Vietnam particularly at Golden Bridge in Da Nang? Gusto ko lang mapuntahan yung Golden Bridge. May direct flight ba to Da Nang from Manila?

Try nyo check yun Klook. Dun ako bumili ng mga tour namin sa HCM. Nakakaiyak pumunta dun sa war museum ang sakit sa dibdib. Maganda din pumunta sa bitexco financial building ba yun? Basta yun may heineken tour. Mag-motorcycle tour kayo (meron sa klook). Ingat lang sa raw beef sa Pho.. dun nasira tiyan ko eh. Pa-well done nyo na lang wag yun medium well.

Walang direct flight sa Da Nang. Need mo pa mag-eroplano ulit from HCM para makarating dun. Google mo na lang kung may Bus papunta dun.

^or Train papuntang Da Nang from Ho Chi Minh. Pero mixed feedbacks like hindi ganoon kalinisan yung sleeper Train pero much better naman daw than Sleeper bus.

It's been a while since visited GT. Will be touring hcm this april 21 with my husband and 71yo mom. Any recommendations for tour packages especially may elderly na kasama? Will be staying at sofitel saigon? Ano ba maganda gawin sa hcm aside from food tour? Thanks!
