my SIL started this business sa harap lang ng bahay.
They made a big banner na sinabit sa gate.  Ang tinda nya galing sa amin, we live abroad and we have lots of used adult size and kids clothes, bag, shoes etc that we send thru balikbayan box na iniipon nya then sells it pag medyo nakarami na. Those clothes are branded, some may tag price pa. last month nag ukay ukay siya for around 1wk - she got yata 10k+ na kita.

^that's nice sis. Actually malaki talaga ang mark-up sa ukay. Depende sa diskarte mo, pwede maging 3x yung kita mo e. Basta alam mo yung market mo, magandang presentation if online mo ibebenta and syempre tyaga talaga kasi marami ka maeencounter na maarte na customers na as if hindi ukay ang binibili nila kahit na posted na ukay yung tinda mo haha
