Super easy and I guess budget friendly din.

Ginataang kalabasa and sitaw with spicy tuna

onion
garlic
salt/pepper to taste
gata
kalabasa
sitaw
century tuna hot and spicy

just combine all of the ingredients together until lumambot na ang kalabasa and sitaw

voila!  :D

Staple na samin weekly 'tong mga 'to, mura, madali and healthy

1.) Tofu with bell pepper and oyster sauce - prito and gisa lang, not sure kung easy, pero mura!

2.) Tuna with egg and bell peppers - gisa lang

3.) Corned beef with repolyo and patatas - gisa lang

Kailangan namin ng mga ganito since OFW kami madalas gahol sa oras and pagod na. So basically any meat and gulay gisa, tapos na!  ;D

Buttered shrimp

60g butter
2 cloves garlic
1/2 kilo shrimp
sugar, pepper to taste

Melt butter in pan then put the garlic, wait for it to turn into golden brown.
Put the shrimp, check if it will already turn to orange which means it's already cooked.
Add sugar and pepper to taste

And we're done :)

Sharing my go to white sauce pasta:
Bacon or ham cooked and sliced
1pack nestle all purpose cream
1medium white/yellow onion
2cloves garlic
250g pasta cooked according to package directions
Splash of evap milk
Patis to taste
Salt and pepper
Canned mushroom (optional)
1.remove excess oil sa pinaglutuan ng bacon. Igisa ang onion then garlic. Let them sweat.
2. Add mushroom. Let it sweat before adding bacon/ham.
3. Add patis (yes patis ang secret ingredient ko sa white sauce)
4. Add cream and let it boil
5. Add a splash of milk. Wag ubusin ang maliit na can kasi masyadong tatamis
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy! ;)

I tried last weekend yung Pork Kinamatisan at yung Korean Beef Bulgogi, super successful. Thanks mga sis for sharing. Takaw kanin talaga. Gustong gusto ni hubby. :)
I'll try din yung mga ibang recommended recipe nyo mga sis.

Sharing din our go-to recipe na niluluto ko at favorite ni Hubby.

Beef Pares

1/2 kg beef (uncut, preferably brisket)
? cup soy sauce
1 tsp ground black pepper
? cup brown sugar
2 tbsp ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 medium-sized onion, minced
4 cups water
1 piece beef cube
2 pieces star anise
2 tbsp cooking oil
3 tbsp scallions or green onions, finely chopped

Procedure:
1. Pour the water in a pot and bring to a boil.
2. Put-in the beef and then boil until the meat is tender (about 1 to 2 hours if slow cooked or 20 mins. if using a pressure cooker)
3. When the meat is tender, remove from the pot and allow to cool down. Do not throw away the stock used for boiling.
4. Slice the boiled meat in cubes and set aside.
5. Place the oil in a pan then heat-up. Saute the onion, garlic, and ginger.
6. Put-in the sliced meat and saute for about 2 to 3 minutes
7. Add the soy sauce , 1 cup of beef stock (stock used in boiling the meat), star anise, and beef cube. Stir and then bring to a boil.
8. Put-in the sugar. Stir.
9. Add salt and ground black pepper. Stir and then simmer until the sauce thickens.
10. Garnish with scallions on top.
11. Serve with Garlic Fried Rice and soup

Tofu / Tokwa Sisig

Tancha tancha lang sa ingredients:

Tokwa
Siling haba ( green yung pang sigang )
Sibuyas
Mayonnaise
Paminta
Sugar
Knorr seasoning or toyo
Nestle Cream ( optional, for creamier version )
Butter

Procedure:

Iprito muna yung tokwa hanggang mag golden brown tapos cut into cubes. Set aside. Tapos chopped niyo yung sibuyas, mag tira ng onti for garnish, igisa sa butter, then add the mayonnaise and cream, ratio siguro nito if gusto nyo ng mejo maasim ng slight mas madaming mayo ilagay ninyo. It will also depend din sa inyo if gusto nyo masauce o hindi, add water ng konti kung nalalaputan kayo sa consistency, add a tablespoon of toyo or knorr seasoning, season it with salt and pepper ans sugar, add chopped siling haba, pakuluan, iadd nadin yung  tokwa, mix mix lang,  patuyuin ng slight. Pag ok mag add ulit ng sibuyas then ok na.  ;)

Beef Broccoli ( corned beef )

1 head of broccoli
1 can of Corned beef ( yung pinaka malaki )
Oyster sauce
pepper
sibuyas
bawang
butter ( optional for frying )

Procedure:

Saute sibuyas and bawas in butter or oil, add in the corned beef. Add na po  yung chopped broccoli, add water para may onting sabaw, depende rin if gusto nyo ng masabaw o hindi. Timplahan ng oyster sauce, salt an pepper. After that, okay na. Tancha lang din.  ;) :D
