This one is Ilonggo recipe. Not sure kung magustuhan niyo, parang sinigang siya.

Pwedeng Beef, Pork/Pata (Mas gusto ko yung beef kasi mas malasa compared sa pork)
Garlic
Onion
Tomato
Hilaw na Papaya
Lemongrass
Bell Pepper
Sinigang Mix

Igisa ang garlic, onion and tomato.
Ilagay ang beef then water
Isunod yung tanglad and bell paper at salt
Then sinigang mix

Masarap siya lalo pag umuulan kasi masabaw.

Can somebody help me budget the 1,500 for food.

Lagi ako namamalengke for this amount and really having a hard time on what t0 buy.

I always buy 1 kilo for chicken thigh, 1 kilo, breast part, 1 kilo if whatever part (leg part for fried chicken) another kilo for another part of the chicken.

Then sa Pork, it's either 1 kilo Liempo or Pork chop at natira e mga Gulay na.

Help naman mga sis..

Hi sissies,

Here are my easy recipe.

1. TAPA
1 kl sirloin beef
Half a clove of garlic
3-4 tbsp of soy sauce
Salt and pepper
Sugar
Squeeze ng half lemon
1 sachet ng magic sarap

Marinate all together. Then fry mo na konabukasan. Favorite ko to kasi after mag grocery pwede mo na imarinate kahit mga 2-3 days pa naiiwan sa freezer mas lalo pang sumasarap.

Serve with egg, steam or fried rice.

2. ADOBONG PUSIT
Half a kilo of pusit or 1 kilo (depende kung mura, mas masarap yun maliliit)
Garlic
Tomato
Onion
Toyo suka

Ping ping ping!

Panalo to!

3. SALISBURY STEAK in mushroom sauce

Dilute knorr beef and chicken sa water. You will need this for the gravy and the patties.

Patties
1/2 Ground beef lean and yun 1/2 regular ground beef
Bread crums
Salt pepper
2 eggs sa isang kilong beef
Magic sarap
Add 2-3tbsp of the diluted beef/chicken knorr cubes

Gawin mo ng patties

MUSHroom gravy sauce

Fry mushroom slice na.
Set aside.
In the same pan, put butter and yun diluted beef/chicken cube. Tansa tansa lang.
Tapos all purpose flour.
Sa low fire lang.
Add water kung maalat alat.
Then add the mushroom.

Yun embutido recipe from here the best yun!

Spicy Tuna Pasta

1 big can century tuna hot and spicy
Half kilo pasta
1 tetra pack del monte tomato paste
2 tetra pack del monte tomato sauce
Minced garlic
Sugar, Salt and pepper to taste

Drain oil, use the oil to saute garlic
Add tuna
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste
Add salt, sugar and pepper to taste

Boil water, add oil and salt
Add pasta
Add some pasta water to the tuna sauce
Drain pasta, do not rinse.

^ True.

Sharing recipe:
Rosemary and thyme chicken (parang yun sa Kenny Rogers)

Ingredients:
Chicken breast fillet
Rosemary (dried)
Thyme (dried)
Crushed garlic
Pepper
Salt
Olive Oil

Marinate everything overnight. Baliktarin from time to time hanggang maluto yun chicken.
