pork with hickory sauce
cook until tender 2 pcs pork chop or liempo in 50ml water. add salt and pepper.
add hickory sauce (i use one pouch of clara ole). cook according to package instructions.
add eggplant (2 pcs, cut into 3inches length). cook until soft.

burger steak in mushroom sauce
boil ready-made burger patties (i use one container of ulam burger) in 50ml water for 5minutes.
dissolve 1/2 knorr cream of mushroom soup in half the amount of water suggested in the package instructions (so for half of its contents, i mixed it with 1 cup of water), idagdag sa nilulutong burger patties. cook for 5minutes.
optional - usually i add frozen mixed veggies (corn, peas, carrots)

cook fettuccine. set aside.
cook ground chicken and minced carrots, potatoes, red bell pepper
add evaporated milk
add curry powder
top with chopped parsley

gising-gising
cook minced bawang, sibuyas, menudo cut pork in 50ml water until pork is tender. add salt and pepper
add coconut milk powder, stir.
add chopped baguio beans (mga 1cm lang).
add paprika (ayaw ni hubby ng sili)

I must say successful ang aking pork kinamatisan! Cooked it yesterday .

shortcut na hainanese chicken

drizzle chicken in sesame oil
rub with salt
marinade
boil water with ginger and some chicken cubes
cook chicken in broth

for the ginger side dish
finely chop ginger
green onion
salt
mix all three together
heat some oil in the pan until smoke comes out
pour in the ginger mixture

Failed ang aking fried chicken with sinigang mix. It was too sour...

try this...super easy "Buffalo wing"

1. Dredge ang wings sa mixture ng flour, salt and some garlic powder tapos deep fry. Set aside.
2. In the same pan (transfer nyo muna ang used oil, :D) , put butter until slightly browned pero hindi sunog, pos add hot sauce some pepper and salt then yung fried chicken wings...toss nyo lang....and whoala! restaurant style buffalo wings :)

lutong tamad.. less complicated ingridients.. small servings

pininyahang manok
garlic n onion
chicken (1/4 only, my version)
pineapple tidbits foil pack
milk ( i used filled milk)
black pepper
patis

yumyum! this is my favorite. others put potatoes pero ako plain pinya lang talaga gusto ko.

eto masarap and easy to make lang.. no meaurements tansya lang ako magluto hehe..

Beef Tenderloin with Potatoes and Lemon

ingredients:

beef tenderloin, thinly sliced (or pork)
lemons
potatoes
cilantro
spring onion
oil
salt, pepper

procedure:

marinate beef with garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice for atleast 30 minutes
prepare the potatoes and slice into bite size pieces
heat oil in pan and fry the potatoes, kapag luto na and golden brown on each side, add the chopped spring onions then sprinkle with kunting salt. drain sa paper towel and set aside.
on the same pan, pan fry niyo lang yung beef (dapat manipis talaga yung beef para lumambot agad) kapag medyo malambot, slice another lemon into thin rings and i-add sa pan for more flavor. make sure lang na malambot na yung beef.. adjust  lang yung taste according to liking
add the potatoes and spring onion and gently toss
tapos arrange niyo na sa plate. add the cilantro and [textspeak!] lemon rings for presentation and added flavor

masarap siya! really simple, it is one of those dish na mukhang nag effort ka gawin pero madali lang hehe..

i will post another one soon. recipe siya ng pinsan ko, shrimp with evap and ketchup yung sauce.. ask ko muna siya., hehe.. yummy din
