since kame lang ng sister ko, eto yung mga niluluto kong mabilisan and madali lang.

Taco flavored ground beef

1/2k ground beef or pork. pwede din combination
McCormick Taco seasoning (dilute it in water)
baby potatos but in halves

1.boil the potatoes. drain, set aside.
2.panfry the meat.
3.add in the taco seasoning (diluted in water)
4.add in potatoes
let it boil.. then yun na!:)  sarap na sarap naman sister ko. taco filling nga ang peg but with potatoes lang and pang ulam.

Stir Fried Spaghetti (good for 2)

1.render 2-3pcs chopped bacon. set aside.
2.on the same pan, add in ground meat. (beef or pork)
3.add in spag sauce.(medium size) let it simmer.
4.add in sliced mushrooms and bacon.
5.season with salt and pepper.
6.add in cooked spag noodles
7.pan fry it for a few seconds until mag stick yung sauce sa pasta
top it with cheese, yun na!:)

meaty and dry yung version na eto..mas malasa kasi.:)

^^ganyan din ginagawa namin. :) ang maganda pa dyan is pwede mo stock sa freezer tapos saka nalang lutuin. super laking tulong nito sa akin lalo kapag nagmamadali ako pa-office. healthier alternative din ang ground chicken.

Sis try backreading, dami na nagshare and if i'm right patok yung pork kinamatisan... Although i usually use the chicken version, fave ng son ko chicken kasi. It's healthy and masabaw if maraming tomatoes!

Dahil summer na, patok sa amin ni hubby ang ice candy, hehe!

I made mango, chocolate, orange and strawberry flavors. hit din sa mga pamangkin nya, kaya nung gumawa ako the other day, hindi na kami namigay, ang bilis daw kasi maubos, haha!

Share ko lang yung recipe na I saw yesterday, looks yummy eh and parang madali lang gawin.

Breaded Pork Pockets:

1 kilo pork Loin, butterfly cut
    ¼ cup liver spread
    ½ cup pickle relish
3 pcs jumbo hotdog, sliced diagonally
    1-200g bar quickmelt cheese, sliced
    salt & pepper to taste
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
    2 pcs eggs, slightly beaten
1 ½ cups Japanese bread crumbs
    Oil for frying
Mechado sauce , as a dipping sauce

Procedure:

Cover pork loin pieces with GLAD® Cling Wrap and pound with a meat mallet until 1/8 ” thick.
Apply a thin layer of liver spread on one side and put some pickle relish. Put about 5 – 6 pieces of sliced hotdog and top with sliced quickmelt cheese. Cover with other half and sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.
Dredge in flour, shake of excess and dip in beaten eggs. Press meat pieces in bread crumbs making sure that all surfaces are well coated.
Deep fry in oil, turning once or twice until cooked through and golden brown, approximately 6-7 minutes. The coating should be quite crisp. Drain on paper towels.

I'm making this sa weekends :D
