^oo nga, kakaiba talaga.. :)

^^bet ko yang canton / chopsuey mix ng mama sita's. pag nagpapancit ako laging meron nyan, iba kasi ang lasa kapag wala nyan, parang may kulang. saka nakakatulong sya para maging saucy yung pancit canton ko. :)

EASY BREAKFAST HASH

Ingredients:
Potatoes (i used 5 small ones, yung pinakamaliliit)
1 hungarian sausage
2 eggs
1 small onion
a pinch of dried rosemary
salt and pepper

Chop the potatoes into small cubes. Heat a little bit of oil in a pan and when hot, put all the potatoes. While waiting, cut up the sausage into small round pieces. When the potatoes have started to soften (a little more than halfway done), put the sausage. Wait for it to cook, then when almost done, put the onions (kasi mabilis maluto ang onions kaya last ko siya nilalagay). Season, and when done na, sprinkle a pinch of rosemary (or whatever herb you have).

Remove from heat. In another pan, fry the eggs over easy. Divide the potatoes into two plates, and slide one fried egg on top of each plato-ful of potatoes and sausage.
