Did this for our leftover suman :) eating it now hehe.

- fry suman in butter until golden brown
- drain excess oil using paper towel
- sprinkle some sugar (you can also serve with coco jam or mango cubes)
- serve and enjoy!

Yummm! 8)

for me, yung nabibili sa shopwise na shanghai mix ang ginagamit ko... Im super busy kaya di ko na kaya gumawa from scratch... pero ang best way is to wrap it thinly... konti lang yung laman sa loob then use a medium sized wrapper... then deep fry in low to heat para lutong luto pero di sunog. Malutong talaga at kahit medyo lamig na, malutong pa rin.

^found the tofu sisig recipe:

sisses, share ko lang tong recipe ko ng tofu sisig. mura na, easy pang gawin. :)

Tofu Sisig

2 pcs tofu, cut into cubes about 3/4 inch
1 onion, chopped
2 siling pang sigang, sliced
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
a dash of pepper
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp water

- fry tofu until light brown then drain using paper towels
- mix mayo, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar and water in a bowl
- saute onion and sili then add the tofu
- add the oyster sauce mixture and let it simmer
- adjust according to taste then serve

Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
9-10 marshmallows
1 package microwave plain popcorn

1. Microwave popcorn according to instructions from the package.  Remove any unpopped kernel.  Place cooked popcorn in a bowl.
2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
3. Add brown sugar and marshmallows.
4. Turn heat to medium and stir until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth.
5. Pour the mixture over the popcorn and stir until popcorn is evenly coated.

salt & pepper to taste
your choice of meat: chicken/ham/bacon/tuna
2-3 tbsp butter
