Sis, mag DIY trip na lang kayo. Tourist friendly naman mga signs dun sa hk. Tsaka karamihan ng tourist attractions nakaconnect sa mtr nila. Basta may mtr, di ka mawawala.
Balita ko pag nag package tour kayo, may compulsory tour sa jewelry factory bago kayo bigyan Ng Disneyland tix..e Hindi naman yun isa sa tourist attraction.

^^^ yes sis kami din we'll be in HongKong this coming March DIY lang din. Just by reading and research I learned it will not be difficult  for us to travel kahit first time lang din. Mas ma maximize niyo pa 'yong time nyo kesa mag travel agency kayo.

Matanong lang, hassle ba may dalang stroller kapag sumasakay ng mtr? Ok lang bang dalhin namin 2 yr old namin? Maeenjoy niya kaya disneyland or he's too young pa? Nakapag disneyland na ako 5 years ago..and sobrang pagod talaga yun, kaya naisip ko, paano pa kaya kapag may dalang toddler, dalawa lang kami ng husband ko e. May mga toddler friendly rides ba? Thanks!

^hi sis! Yes there are toddler friendly rides at disneyland.  hubby, i and our 3 yr old daughter will be going to hk this march. I won't be bringing stroller anymore kasi ayaw na niya sumakay sa stroller since she turned 1. Sabi ng cousin ko kakapagod din daw kasi pag may stroller pag sasakay ng mtr. Pero sa disneyland i might rent a stroller para just in case she will take a nap.  i'm sure your kid will enjoy disneyland sis!

^thnks sis! May "portable" stroller kasi kami na pwede mong gawing backpack when not in use, kasi yung toddler namin kapag binaba mo,parang kotse na bubulusok sa takbo e  di pa siya makontrol. Hehe! Marami rin kasing stairs sa mtr noh? And kailangan nakatupi while inside? Sis can u PM me your itinerary? Plan sana namin sa April pa or May.. Thanks!

i suggest you bring the stroller.... Unless sanay kayo sa mahabang lakaran na may kargang bata o kaya naman sanay na yung anak mo na maglakad ng malayo. Meron naman mga elevator sa MTR, and di naman hassle ang pagsakay ng train dahil di mo na kailangan i-fold. Di mo na din kailangan mag rent ng stroller kung may dala ka, and mejo mabigat din yung stroller sa disney, hassle pa nga gamitin yon buggy type stroller kasi. I have a 3 year old na tamad maglakad and lagi namin dala yung stroller nya, ang hirap kasi lalo na at nakatulog yung bata, sobrang nakakapagod at di na makapag enjoy.

I think maeenjoy na ng 2 year old yung its a small world, and golden mickey show, siguro pati din yung stitch encounter kung familiar sya kay stitch. Aside from those, yung carousel and dumbo the elephant.

Ask ko lang regarding HK immigration. 

What they usually ask as supporting documents? I know HK doesn't need visa, but if natapat ka sa mejo strict na immigration officer - what do you think itatanong nila?
Last trip ko kzi SG/KL, is a business trip so I have JO to travel provided by my company.

Why I asked?

Our friend kzi they experience - HK Immigration officer question them if they have HK$3,500 pagdating nila sa airport?

Wala naman untoward incident pero what if you dont have that amount? (or papapalit ka pal lang ng Peso mo to HK$.

In the first place do they really need to ask that?

My konting worried lang naman though We already prepared enough amount of HK$ and US$.

Based on my experience, sis, I have tatak na sa aking passport so nung time ko sa immigration sa Pinas as in wala ni isang question sa akin ang immigration. Ganun din sa immigration sa HK. "good morning" lang.

But then yung offismate ko na kasama ko sa HK, dito pa lang sa immigration sa Pinas, nag ask na sila ng Office ID, kung saan nagwo-work, etc. Pinasulat pa sa papel.

Then yung experience naman niya sa HK Immigration, ganun din. They asked her a lot of questions like what hotel. Nagpakita pa siya ng copy ng e-ticket niya that shows the return date, as well as a copy of the hotel booking at copy ng itinerary. Ang hassle lang.

Kaya pala dati sinabi sa akin na pag pupunta abroad, magdala daw ng COE (certificate of employment). I think for those purposes.

Larlaane may bayad na ang 3 years old, pero kung mejo maliit yung anak mo pede pa makalusot yon, they wouldnt know naman kasi di naman sila humihingi ng proof whatsoever.

Mhitchy depende din siguro sa immigration officer, kasi yung iba di na nagtatanong kung may dala kang pera, pero yung kapatid ng friend ko hinold sya sa hong kong immigration kasi hinanapan sya kung may dala daw pera, mag isa lang sya non nagpunta ng HK, e nagkataon naman na wala talaga syang dala kasi dito naman nakatira sa Hong kong yung kapatid nya, sagot lahat ng ate nya yung mga gastos nya, so tumawag pa talaga yung IO sa friend ko, sabi bakit daw pinababyahe yung kapatid ng walang dalang pera, then later on after mag explain nung friend ko pinalabas din yung kapatid nya...
Diba may tatak na yung passport mo? Siguro hindi ka naman na tatanungin pa ng kung ano ano...

Thanks sa info..my mga immigration stamps na naman yung passport namin (traveling with hubby ako), since pag my chance sinasama ko ci hubby pag my business trip.

Really appreciate your sharing guys.  I just want to know if talagang my ganung mga scenario.
Malas lang talaga if strict ang IO na natapat.

Sis elize, dalhin niyo nalang yung stroller kung puwede naman pala gawin backpack. Ok yun sis ah. Yung daughter ko kasi hindi talaga sanay sa stroller and masipag din naman maglakad basta sa lakwacha puwera nalang pag sleepy na siya.  hirap din kasi pag 2 yrs old diyan talaga yung kalikutan eh. Here's our itinerary sis! :

Day 1: arrive in hkia at 10am. Take a taxi to hk disneyland hotel then we'll leave our luggages there. Lunch and shopping at citygate outlet till 3pm. Check in at hk disneyland hotel then rest. Dinner buffet at enchanted garden.
Day 2: whole day at disneyland. 
Day 3: breakfast at enchanted garden. Whole day at disneyland. 
Day 4: check out from hk disneyland hotel. Take a taxi to marco polo gateway hotel. Check in. Lunch at sweet dynasty. Shopping in tst (harbour city, lv, esprit outlet, h&m, uniqlo, toys r us). Dinner at cafe de coral. 
Day 5: brunch at maxims city hall. Go to snoopy world in sha tin. Go back to the hotel and rest. Dinner at yuen kee. 
Day 6: hotel check out. Lunch at tim ho wan or din tai fung. Last minute shopping in tst or central. Take the hotel shuttle to the airport at 6pm. 9:55pm flight back to manila. 

My daughter is very excited to go to disneyland!  im so excited din for her since this will be her 1st out of the country trip! Mga sis, do you have any suggestions or comments on our iti? Thanks.

they are in HK now, a couple with two kids- 2 and 7 , 1st time nilang lahat sa HK

what can they do on their 3rd day, they haven't done any shopping yet, since its their first day kaso pagod at di sila nakapag lakad

their flight on monday, will be at 955pm pa.. what can you suggest. is Ocean park is okay pa?

Okay naman ocean park, para ma experience nila sumakay sa cable car... ngong ping is a good option 2, pero mas mag eenjoy ang mga kids sa ocean and disney

mga 6 pm dapat papunta na sila ng airport then don na din sila mag dinner.... so dadating sila sa airport ng mga 7 pm check in muna sila, then saka sila mag dinner kahit hanggang mga 8, then diretso na sila sa immigration.

bakit hindi na lang tomorrow ang ocean park at sa monday ang disneyland, kasi malapit na ang disneyland sa airport, pede sila mag taxi. Yung ocean park kasi nasa Hong kong side so mejo hassle.
