how much na iphone 5 sa hk apple store? i can buy kasi here in manila 37k, unlocked na and i can get it this week or wait next week when i am in hk?

what's there to see sa hollywood road and midlevel escalators? super tagal na ako hindi nag sight seeing sa hk, puro eat and shop lang but it's hubby's first time so i want him to have a little sight seeing too.

yes sis pwede & mas convenient nga pero wala na kasing laman yong octopus card namin non & ayaw naman naming magreload kasi papunta na kami ng airport. kaya coins binayad ko sa bus

^^^Yes, Octopus card is more convenient. No need to go looking for loose change.

If you can wait, cheaper to get in HKG. Just check the apple store HKG website to know the prices. Even if it's not available in-store, you can still get the phone cheaper at the gray market. Just be sure to buy from the big stores i.e. Fortress or Broadway. The phones though have limited local warranty meaning in HKG mo lang sya pwede pa-repair in case may problema sa phone.

Hollywood road has a lot of pubs/cafes, antique shops and small stores that sell novelty items. You can find G.O.D. here  You can even follow the sightseeing walking trail marked on the sidewalks.

Lagi kami sa HKG ni hubby but first time namin pumunta sa mid-level escalators. It's the longest covered escalator in the world. Wala lang, trip lang namin since we have seen all the must sees in HKG na. Like you puro kami food and shopping trip when we're there.

ah midlevel elevators, the one near ocean park? i remember that. hirap pababa then nakakalula going up. can't remember the last time i was there.

planning to take hubby to hk disneyland, victoria peak and one more place siguro para hindi ma-bato. any suggestions? we are sending new year in TST area, like always.

i checked the website, nasa 35k din yung sa hk na iphone. parang hubby is super atat na for me to get it eh so might get the 37k, tawaran ko pa ng konti para almost same price lang and i get it before christmas.

what's a good place to eat at for new year's eve? somewhere nice

Sa Hostelbookers sis. Double ensuite din yung room na bi-nook namin and three months in-advance ako nagbook. Try mo check dun sa site na yun, baka iba yung rates nila.

^ ah alam ko na yan, that's the one around central na parang overpass? used that when i stayed in mandarin pero mostly locals would just walk eh hehe

^mmm, actually more of a walkalator yun sis.. yung sa overpass near mandarin eh footbridge lang yun.   the mid-levels escalator eh going to mid-levels passing by soho.. it's like 20 series ng putul-putol na escalator. starting point niya is near H&M.. probably, you haven't been there. likod kasi siya. locals will use that din, kasi mahaba kung lalakarin mo. pero majority ng nakatira sa mid-levels eh expats.
