^ i agree sis. OB ko advised me to take pills once dumating na period. 4mos si baby nung magkaron ako ulet. i've also read sa baby center na effective lang yung  lactational amenorrhoea method (LAM) if hindi pa bumabalik ang period. so in my case di ako safe kasi nag-oovulate na hehe

Btw last week nah change ako ng vitamins from nutrillin to ferlin with iron then since sat until now hindi pa nag poo poo si baby so i called his pedia, observe lang muna and call her again on wed if wala pa. Exclusive bf naman si baby. Aalala tuloy ako.

nag iiron supplement rin ako pero grabe makapoop baby ko. maya maya. siguro rin kasi breastmilk iniinom niya.

When you are exclusively breastfeeding, pag wala pa period at 6 mos, safe ka. Pag 7 mos wala pa rin period hindi na safe. Pag nagkaperiod ka na kahit 2 mos ka pa lang nagpapabreastfeed, di na safe. Pwede na mapregnant. As long as you already had period. Pero kung wala pa period, safe till 6 mos.

Newborn babies poop 10-12x a day. Normal yan accdg to my baby's pedia.

thanks for the replies. we'll be more careful na. hehe mahirap pa masundan agad e. baby also started eating solids. feeling ko humina ang output ko kaya malunggay boosting ako ngayon. i'm making juice with malunggay and taking malunggay caps from Health Express.

siguro factor din na di ako nagrar-rice lately kaya humina yung output ko. gusto ko kasing pumayat. e feeling ko sa no rice diet ako papayat. mukhang kailangan ko munang isantabi ang diet diet. balanced diet na lang muna.

Sis kung nagsosolids na si baby probably 6 months na siya no? Hindi humina output mo nyan sis. Ibig sabihin established na yung milk production ng body mo kaya siguro akala mo mahina na production mo.

^^ malamang nga sis mali nanaman position ko malabo maging teethinh one month palang baby ko  ot pero bakit nga kaya parang may white sa gums niya.. Nakalimutan ko pala ask sa pedia, naalala ko lang ngayon..

may baby is 15mos, and still ebf kami. im also working mom. while nasa ofis ako during afternon na engorge pa rin ang dibdib ko and sometimes may pain na puno ng milk. nagleak pa rin yung isa kong dibdib while baby is feeding from the other side. i only feed my baby before going to office in the morning and from 5pm onwards pag nasa bahay nako, she still eats rice,etc..pero balingkinitan ang katawan ni daughter.

TIP:the more you feed your baby frequently, the more milk will come. pag nauubos ang laman, magpupuno ng magpupuno ng milk yan.

12 na ang ngipen ng anak ko so medyo masakit na lalo kapag sabik sa dede ang bata. masakit yung suck nya, natama ang mga ngipen nya.

I had an IUD inserted a month after I gave birth kasi I want to EBF. Crampier and scantier but worth it.

^ buti pa baby mo 12 na ngipin, my daughter's 22 months na 9 pa ang ipin. Try Lansinoh nipple cream if your breasts are sore.

Mga sis, payat din ba mga baby nyo? Ang baby girl ko kasi 18mos na pero 9.75kg palang siya. Ebf siya and nagsosolid naman ng rice..

slim rin si baby almost 10kg, 15mos. pero siksik ang katawan nyan hinde yung mukang tabang hangin. im not worried naman.
