^ You technically don't have to need anyone's help as you could read up on the web for ideas on places to go and things to do and see before your trip, but if you still feel confused or lost in the place, ask the locals for help. In my experience, people are generally much nicer to solo travelers hehe laging may hint of concern.Kung mej may hesitation ka pa, 'wag muna sa malayo. Dun ka muna sa long bus rides lang like Sagada or Ilocos. Kung feel mo pa rin to repeat, that's the time you go further.
^^^just do it sis!:-) Solo travel is a little bit like driving, only the first few days are scary, and then you get the hang of it. And just like driving, every day doing your solo travel is like "practice", with different scenarios and situations.
