First solo travel ko sa Bacolod on August. Wala akong maaya, so I went ahead and booked the ticket anyway. Piso fare naman sa Air Asia so book ulit ako another solo flight, Cebu naman on Feb.

Practice muna ako dito sa Pinas bago ako mag-solo travel abroad. Alangan hindi ako magtravel dahil lang KJ friends ko. Hahaha

haha, natawa naman ako sa u sis ohcmon, pero your right, you cannot deprieve yourself from going on a trip dahil lang KJ mga friends mo.

sarap mag solo trip sis,  wala kang inaalala na mabo bored mo sila or mapapagod sila at baka di nila type ang gusto mong kainin. I've done Singapore, Melakka and KL on my own, saya!

hi ochmom... been planning to solo travel sa Bacolod in August also but no definite date yet. Via Dumaguete then land trip to Bacolod. It's nice to meet other travellers along the way.

Oi tamang tama ms. ohcmom,  3rd week of August and also a weekend. My unofficial Iti from Cebu via Dumaguete. Lunch in Dgte. 1-2pm departure Dgte to Bacolod (land trip) 5 to 6 hours  via mabinay. it means i will be in Bacolod at dusk. Or maybe Cebu to Bacolod via Tabuelan or Toledo Cebu.

if ever na ma push through it would be a good idea to meet a fellow traveller.

marami akong nakalista na pupuntahan ko dito sa Pinas. Actually plano ko nga solo backpacking late this year to Thailand, entry point. Going down to KL and SG.. Kaya lang na inspired akong nung may pinalabas si Jessica Soho one time, Pinoy na nalibot na nya lahat na provinces here in the Philippines bago siya lalabas ng bansa. Tama nga wag maging stranger sa sariling bayan kaya local destination lang muna for now.

I want to travel solo too but the parents are quite strict! I'm already in my 20's though The least I can do is go on a separate itinerary for a day whenever the family travels. That way, I can go around the place all by myself.

I really want to try this! Bet ko to go to Cambodia, I've already researched the hostel + itinerary. Problem ko nalang nanay ko HAHA!

^sisrunbarbierun my first solo abroad was Cambodia and I really enjoyed it.  It's safe naman, you just have to plan well your itinerary. Angkor watt is really amazing :-)

^ Just remember, once you get to Cebu, it doesn't have to be a solo travel thing anymore. Keep me posted and do stay safe in Bohol. Worst case, let me know if you need a buddy for Bohol, I am just one ride away Have a blast!!!

^ It's a toss between Hong Kong and Singapore because both are quite small, quite affordable to go to, both have efficient train and bus systems, too! However, if I were to consider language, I'd say Singapore would be the best choice if you don't speak Mandarin or any form of Chinese dialect. There are more who speak English in Singapore as compared to HK. Good luck and hope you have a blast wherever you decide to go. Or did I just limit the options to much to Asia? Really, anywhere is fine, for as long as it has an efficient transport system, updated maps & speaks a language that you know!

i really wanna try travelling all by myself... but thinking of all the expenses all by myself din, parang hindi ko ata kaya.
super bilib talaga ako sa mga solo travelers.. lahat solo talaga..
