^si abu rin ayaw na ayaw pag fish variant, tapos nadiscover ko na kahit isa lang sa ingredients yung fish ayaw pa rin kahit haluan ko ng cooked meat. binalak ko magswitch to acana chicken and potato (may fish ito) para maiba naman pero di nya ginalaw, lumayo sya agad at never na bumalik sa food bowl. buti trial pack lang binili ko binigay ko na lang sa bulldog na super takaw

Hi mga sis, anybody here know saan nakakabili ng large bags of Eukanuba, specifically yung Dermatosis FP? By order yung sa Pet Express and even then, di naman nila kami iniinform kapag naka order na sila, binebenta lang nila sa iba. Do you think I can ask them for their supplier's contact details? Nakakainis kasi talaga na "by order" sila pero kahit naman mag order ka di ka iinform na meron na...or super tagal bago dumating yung "order" mo.

^hi sis pasingit lang hihi have you checked the ingredients of this food? I was searching for it pero di ko makita ingredients. Worried lang ako when I saw Eukanuba tapos prescription diet pa, feeling ko hindi quality, halos lahat kasi ng prescription diets, hindi maganda ang ingredients. ano daw yung problem? hindi ba kaya ng large doses of fish oil and healthy diet?

hi sis, we don't feed kasi talaga premium brands. you will never actually see me post about what dogfood we buy because it is not something i am proud of. so i dont think giving fish oil + "normal" diet (as in same food with all our other dogs) is a better option anyway. to be honest, umokay naman siya since nanganak siya, which resulted in a large loss of fur, and dry, flaky skin. But I am thinking of giving fish oil nga, just been too busy lately kaya di ko na siya nabigyan.

this is our dog who has thyroid problems (not sure if hypo o hyper). i'm actually thinking of putting her on regular dogfood na, i don't think may iiimprove/ilalago pa yung fur nya eh.

sis try mo lang sya sa better brands, minsan kasi diet is the only solution. no need to give prescription diets kasi the ingredients that they put in there is also crap. almost the same lang with their regular line na may onting changes. for me, better pa rin ang premium brands than any prescription diet in the market, you can compare pag dumaan ka sa pet express, hold a can of science diet or royal canin, then compare with orijen, acana, go natural, and you will see a big difference. give her din high doses of fish oil, around 2-3pcs/day baka sakali makatulong. kaya nyo yan sis

^ may kilala akong breeder, they feed adobo to their dogs. ako naman takot kasi diba mejo maalat yun... do you alter the recipe para sa dog mo?

Canidae ALS parin kami. stick muna kami dito. cant afford to experiment with other brands kasi im not home para personally bantayan ano magiging reaction ng body nila.

Ako ngluluto. Hindi maalat ang timpla ko. He really really likes that. Weird pero, he knows If I'm cooking it and di na sya mapakali. Nag-iingay na. Like a batang atat sa ice cream na nangungulit.

My black Lab developed skin rashes sa mga joints, sabi ng VET mag switch ako from Beef pro to Lamb pro. Anyone here experiencing that sa beef pro? Yung Lab ko dati Beef pro din hindi naman nagka ganun.

^yung bullmastiff ko nag-allergy sa beef pro. nahiyang sa beefpro yung lab mo dati and ganun yata, iba-iba ang hiyang at nagiging cause ng allergy.

Oh my shemay, ano bang OK? I'm reading good feedback about Vitality, Holistic - eto ata yung mahal. Grabe pa naman kumain ang Labs.

beef pro and lamb pro is full of grains and by-products, stay away from them. wag kayo maniniwala sa sinasabi ng mga vets when it comes to dog nutrition, wala silang complete knowledge about this, very little kasi ang discussion on nutrition sa vet med. tapos dogfood companies din ang source ng info nila (sila kasi ang sponsor ng vet studies) kaya iisa lang sinasabi nila. Do your research, backread lang kayo marami tayong links on how to choose the right dogfood. Do not believe in suggestions and reviews agad-agad, alamin nyo kung ano ang ingredients na okay at hindi sa kanila then dun kayo magbabase kung safe or hindi ang isang brand

check niyo din agad yung ingredients part ng dog food. kailangan nakapangalan sa una yung meat na ginamit, beef, chicken, etc. at walang nakakabit na by-product.

Pajoin ulit.. Ilang beses din kami nagtry ng premium brands sa mga fur babies namin and so far go natural duck formula ang nagugustuhan nila at nakukita ko naman na maganda ang result sa kanila. Morning and night time ko sila pinapakain.. Sa isang araw dalawang  food bowl ng wet dog food ang nacoconsume nila. Twice or thrice sila magpoop.. Medyo may time na okay yung stool may time na mahirap damputin.. Hehe.. Okay din yubg coat nila sa tingin ko pero siguro kailangan magtagal pa para makita ko talaga effect.. Natutuwa lang kasi ako na kapag hinain ko sa kanila yung food nila ilang seconds o minutes lang ubos na.. Tsaka hindi ganun sobrang mahal compared sa acana at orijen.. To be honest kasi mahal talaga pag premium dog food masakit sa budget pero okay na din nakikita ko naman na maganda result.. Sana din laging healthy ang bulsa namin para laging may pambili..^_^

^okay lang din naman gumastos sa dog food. at least, kumpleto na yun. di na ako nagbibigay ng supplements and i think mas iwas sakit na rin naman in the long run kaya in effect, mas nakatitipid. isa pa, sa go natural and acana totoo na less feeding.

^ganyan din thinking ko, wala na sakin gumastos ng malaki para sa food as long as alam kong magiging healthy sila at matagal kami magsasama. kesa naman tipirin tapos isang araw makikita natin naghihina na due to organ failure and other illnesses. food kasi ang main fuel nila, yan ang basis ng overall health, so kung poor ang quality ng food ganun din sa health. kumbaga we get what we pay for.

i want to switch our pet sana to acana or orijen. Possible ba magswitch kahit medyo nasanay na with table food? Saan available and cheapest sa qc area ang acana? Thanks

^pwede naman, pero baka mahirap...siguro, unti-tuntiin mo haluan nang dog food yung table food. cheapest, di ko sure pero ang alam kong regularly priced e sa dog city. sa iba mas mahal nang kaunti e. may na-discover din ako nagde-deliver! ang saya ko kasi big bags ang binibili ko palagi na medyo hirap akong maghanap. nag-add lang ako nang 90 as delivery charge. mas mura na din yun sa gasolina or cab.

I feed my boys Vitality ever since I got them. Ok naman siya. Hindi din masyado mabaho poop nila.

^^mas mura ba? or depende? i bought go nat chicken sa kanila two weeks ago, 900 yung 2 kilos or pounds ba yun, pero sa dog city nasa 800 plus.
