^ nakalimutan ko mag-update, lol.  Tinamad ako magtake kasi nagkaron ako ng parang butlig, tas pimples rin. Mga 4 or 5 soft gels palang siguro yun.

Tapos last week tinry ko ulit isa bago matulog, paggising ko may mga butlig nanaman and one pimple. hays. Hindi kaya may purging stage yun? O di talaga ko hiyang? Andami ko pa namang capsule na natira. 

Itatry ko uli for the last time this coming week, for more than a week to itetake, tas if ganun parin, stop ko na. Kasi sayang rin naman.

Anyone who takes this for hormonal acne? Grabe hormones ko in the past 2 months. Sobrang daming zits naglalabasan. Kahit maliit lang, nakaka-stress lalo kasi yung scars ang problema after. I'm planning to take this AGAIN along with fish oil.
