Buti nalang hindi ako naka-experience ng headache. Been taking it for 2 mos now once a day pero ewan parang wala effect sakin hehe. Tho' I did use it sa pimple ko tuwing gabi for 3 days, natuyo naman siya. Siguro kailangan 2x ko na inumin

hiyangan talaga sis! ako naman hindi talaga ma-pimple. Pag nakakaron ako isa lang lumalabas napimple. Aba pagkainom ko nagkapimple.

Nung first 1-3days kong uminom ng gse, I got slight headache too but I still continue to take this wonderful gse and on my 4th day wow, I finally overcome that headache.. Right now, I've been taking this meds for 2years I guess.. Proud! Hehe

Ive been taking this for 3 months na ok naman though sa night kasi im still taking 4G. ok naman to no break outs at magaan ang feeling sa maghapon. pinainum ko sya sa hubby ko whose always stressed sa work. he got compliments saying na blooming daw hubby ko and fresh maybe atc is the culprit kc ayun [textspeak!] iniinom nia before going to bed.

satisfied with the price of it. at first alangan pako kase ang mura i doubt if its effective then i read the feedback that's why i gave it a try ok naman.

i've been eyeing to try this but i'm afraid i'll experience the headaches too! Nadala ako sa conzace before nung first few days ko tinake.

I can't afford to get headaches these days super busy eh!

I'll ask my doctor about this first I guess

May mga nakita akong ganito sa sm grocery.. Balak ko bumili pero magbabasa muna ako reviews.. Tsaka I'm taking Avon vitaglow now. Pag naubos nalang yun.
Anyway, okay ba talaga mga sis? May nakita din akong lycopene ng atc. Nakakatempt bumili hehe

it's official. Hindi ko hiyang ang ATC GSE. Super naging oily skin ko, tapos parang haggard (?) Tapos antukin ako at tumakaw ako. To think na 5 tabs pa lang natatake ko. then I stopped. The very next day, back to normal na skin ko. Hindi na ganun ka oily at maaliwalas na ulit (thanks to my derma meds!).

matry nga din ito, plan ko din take ng myra 400 e eh. yung ibang sissies na sinasabay ang take sa gluta, anong gluta yung nitatake niyo and how much naman? effective ba pagdating sa whitening?

So glad I found this thread! I'm currently on my 3rd day of Avon's Lifeglow but sobrang hassle kasi niya bilhin since I don't have plans of being an Avon member naman. I'll try ATC next once I run out of lifeglow. I just need something to help me stay decent on my last year of college

I think ATC GSE is responsible for my severe headache. I thought at first that it was because of the BCP I'm using because I do get headaches at times but since I took ATC, it was more frequent and more severe. Now that I have stopped taking it, I don't experience such episodes anymore. And I was also sleepy. When I was still in college I used to take Ming's GSE but I dont see it anymore. My classmates then would compliment how fresh-looking I was despite the graveyard shift in the hospital.

Im on my 3rd day na with atc. Sabi sa box 2-3 caps ang recommended. What I do, 1 cap after breakfast with vit e, 2 caps after dinner.
Naguluhan lang ako, sabi sa kabilang thread nakakainsomia daw ang gse?

Love GSE! Lakas maka-glow! I use once a day for maintenance pero kapag may lakad or date, i use twice.

nagtake ako nito 1 lang before matulog pag gising ko may 2 pimps ako sa chin ko ang lalaki

ito pala cause ng pimps ko before nung nag oral gluta ko, akala ko yung gluta ko kaya ko nagstop ..

hi sisters! Question lang. Kapag ba magooral gluta ka, then iinom ka nitong ATC, need pa din vit. C? Or pipili ka lang between ATC and vit.c?
