ATC (Grapeseed Extract) Users

hi mga sis, share naman kayo ng experience niyo with ATC.. I just took my first capsule last night, 500 mg., before bedtime ko siya ininom.. for best results ano ba mga kailangan gawin/inumin?

how long ba sis bag makita results? may iba ka pa iniinom aside from this?

I prefer this over Avon's GSE tabs. Ive no concrete way of knowing but a part of me could sense it jibes well with the other supplements Im taking. Sadly, the price had gone up already but at 178 for 30 days, it remains as a highly cheap yet effective option. Patronize our own!

^ yes sis super cheap nga compared sa iba.. Im a girl on budget e so swak to sa akin.. 2nd day ko pa lang and so far so good.. gusto ko na nga bumilis ang araw para makita ko na agad results e.. haha.. ano yung ibang supplemets na youre taking sis?

try mo rin i apply directly sa face. naka ka glow. ako preggy lang ako kaya yung mga pinag gagawa ko sa katawan ko nahinto. pagdating talaga sa balat vain tayong mga girls! (:

im using this okay naman. cheap pero pareho lang sa other gse na i've tried and it doesnt give me breakout unlike gse ng avon. ive tried cosmo pero same effect lang. this is cheaper kasi.

Ako din first night kagabi ng atc gse. Sana walang break outs.

I'm currently using Avon life glow gse. yung bagong formula nila. bakit mo masasabing better to sis? paubos na kasi tong Avon ko so baka magswitch ako dito sa ATC if ever lumakas loob ko mag take ng oil capsule.

Avon vitaglow yung nagkabreakout ka? or yung bago nila ngayon na Lifeglow? Yun kasi tintake ko for now.

im super happy with this! as in! sarap ng tulog ko and also malambot balat ko..

good thing may supplier ako nito na mas mura pa sa generica

sis femmeandglam, yung new formulation yung na-try ko, yung lifeglow. late na kasi ako naging aware sa mga raves ng avon gse and when i finally decided to try, phase out na nga daw at yung Lifeglow na daw yung bago. sayo sis, okay naman? kasi maganda din sa akin itong ATC gse eh.

mga sis, ang dami kong bagong pimple na tumubo..  meyo malalaki pa naman! haay.. I dont know nga lang kung eto yung cause, kasi nag try din ako ng new soap which is yung Likas Papaya, ginamit ko sa face ko.. pero tinigil ko na..

sana naman hiyang ako dito sa ATC.. pero kainis! pimple galore talaga ko ngayon!

Nga sya tntake but i think isstop ko na kasi ittry ko essentials plus proflavanol.

Bat ka kaya ngbreakout? Kasi yung new formulation nla ngayon na lifeglow ay same lang sa dati. Tinaasan lan yung content. Pero same pa rin naman ng ingredients.

Ako sis ATC 500 mg yung tinetake ko everynight lang.. I dont know lang sa other sissie natin dito kung ganon lang din sa kanila

oo nga sis e hindi ko muna ginagamit yung likas sa face ko.. saka hindi eto yung cause ng pimple galore ko..
