^Sis yung Luteal Phase lang kaya ko sagutin LOL! yan yung time from Ovulation until AF arrives.  Ang normal Lenght daw is from 10-16days.  if nababasa mo dito yung 1dpo, 2dpo etc nasa luteal phase na yan (DPO - day past ovulation). 

Luteal Phase Defect is kapag masyadong maikli ang LP mo.  Nagagawan naman ng paraan para humaba ang LP. may mga supplements na pede ka i-take.

^Sis basta nag-ovulate ka na, the next day is your first day ng LP mo until magka-AF ka.  Regardless if irregular or regular ka. sa pagkakaintindi ko, ang dahilan kung bakit may irregular eh dahil nagbabago bago yung lenght ng follicular phase (sorry kung mali spelling) which is the first day of your AF until ovulation.  Your LP on the other hand is almost always constant.

So to know your LP, kelangan alam mo kung kelan ka nag ovulate.

Do you need an rx for the tests na pinagawa mo or di na? For the prolactin,tsh,etc? Diretso ka na lang punta hi precision?

                Sis...progesterone hormone test is a blood test..doon makikita kung enough ba progesterone level mo na kailangan for implantation and carrying of the baby through out the pregnancy....kc pag mababa ka sa hormone na yun...pwedeng me fertilization but sa implantation nagkakaproblem...pwedeng mamisscarriage...About kung magkano..no idea ako..kc never pa ako nagpakuha nito...

Sis Purpleangle11 thanks sa info wala kasi ako idea about this, kahit ob ko hindi ineexplain basta nireresetahan lang ako ng fertility drug, this cycle hindi ako nagpaconsult at nagstop ako taking clomene kasi nga nawalan ako ng gana s ob ko, kaya i decided na magchange ng ob, pwede ko nman daw magamit maxicare ko for consultation, nabasa ko rin dito s thread na mganda mag pacheack up sa carmi, itry ko next week. So sis yung hormone test through bloodtesting?! Kaya siguro dati, 1 month akong delay then after nuon nagbleed ako, dahil nga siguro mababa progesterone ko, hindi kaya for implantation dahil sa mababa hormone ko, never pa ako nag pahormone test

Sis mishka, nabasa ko ang blog mo about hormone testing, siguro kailangan ko muna mag pa thyroid test kasi i was diagnose last 2007 i was toxic for hypertyroidism kaya nag undergo ako ng surgery, baka dito ako nag kakaproblema about sa pregnancy. Nabasa ko kasi what are the causes kapag low progestorone. Hay salamat medyo nagka idea ako about this. About kay dr.tan? Nagpaconsult ka na sa kanya? How was it? Niresetahan ka ba nya ng mga herbal medicine or supplement to get pregnant? How much pf nya sis

sis ms.katy, alam ko first na gagawin sayo ng OB mo if you are TTC is to have blood tests. dun pa lang kasi malalaman kung may problem ka o wala. then yun thyroid, importante din yan ma-check kasi nag-cacause yan ng infertility issues. after lahat niyan, kelangan mo mag-undergo ng TVU to check if PCOS ka. from there, dun ka start ng OB RE mo ng work up. and of course pala, dapat sabay din si hubby na icheck, blood tests din ang yun SA. minsan din kasi hubby natin may problem. kung ganyan ang OB mo better change ka na. kami nga noon, after all the tests at age 29 e recommendation nun first OB RE namin is IVF na agad. agad-agad, huh. kaya pinalitan din namin agad. good luck sis sa paghahanap ng OB RE.

                Sis KATY pag nagpaconsult ka ulit..sabihin mo na agad sa OB mo na me history ka ng toxic goiter para mabigyan ka ng request for thyroid tests....



              As for me....nsa two week waiting na ako....pero parang wala naman ako kakaibang nararamdaman....hehe

^Sis may mga naging preggy na walang early pregnancy symptoms.

           OO nga sis! yung mother ko ng pinagbuntis nia ako..wala siang preggy symptoms..basta nadelay lang sia for almost 4 years na TTC....sana magmana ako sa kanya...crossing my fingers..pati mga daliri sa paa!hehe

^Hahaha! I'll cross din my fingers and toes for you!  Just don't think about it too much Sis, I know its hard but try to relax.  Everytime na yan maiisip mo, divert mo sa iba ang thoughts mo.  Easier said than done, but hope you can do that hehe...sa kin kase total failure ako every TWW, obsessed to the max hahaha!

            Hay naku sis..medyo nabawasan na nga pagkaobsessed ko..unlike before nung nasa TTC1 pa ako..as in maghapon yun ang iniisip ko...buti na lang nagpapart time job ako ngayon dito sa haws pra divertion na din..at naggagardening din ako( stay at home housewife kc ako) tanim tanim ng mga gulay...like petchay....dami ko na ngang petchay..naglalakihan na sila..sana naman ang PETCHAY ko makabuo na! hahaha

^That's good Sis.  Ako wala akong green thumb haha! 

I can so relate! last cycle 2nd month TTC, but I think that's the first month na talagang todo charting ako with all the signs and symptoms, etc.  wala na akong ginawa kapag free time to check and google anything to do with pregnancy and fertility LOL! Pero now, li-low na ako kase wala naman si hubby to TTC.  Basta tuloy lang ako in checking my Temps, CM and hopefully pati CP magawa ko this month. 

I've decided to take my TTC enthusiasm down, kase I thinks it's not helping kaya plan ko na easy easy lang ako kapag nagbakasyon at start na ulet ng TTC.  If makabuo, I know i will be overjoyed! Kapag hindi, save na lang muna ng save and get ready para sa time na biyayaan na kami ng baby ni Lord. God has a Plan, and His timing is Always PERFECT.

when in 2ww huwag nio isipin nagbubuntis kayo. ganun ginawa ko last cycle, kapag napapaisip ako ng baby divert agad sa mp3 sounds ko para marelax ako. Nakipagparty pa ako, reunion, uminom ng alak (occasionally), walk briskly, basta kung ano yung normal ko routine yun ginagawa. Kapag daw kasi lagi mo iniisip, unknowingly napepressure ka kaya hinde kumakapit. Sbe nga ni dra.mae, it is a group work ng egg cell at spermies. Kung wala cooperation say, ayaw ni egg cell, hinde nia mapapapasok si spermies. Ayun after our iui, sapul. BFP na. Just always pray na "God thy will be done" para wala expectations.

^True yan Sis! I think kase as in  malakas ang feeling ko na last cycle hindi na-implant yung fertilized egg ko.  Gut-feeling lang naman yan.  Nasabi ko ito kase I was so obsessed with everything related to pregnancy. Over-analyzing everything na nararamdaman ko. Its not good, Na-stress ako masyado. Kaya next time, hindi na ako mag-iisip masyado. 

And I've heard countless times na, the minute the couple stopped trying nakakabuo sila.  Sa amin naman ni hubby ako lang talaga ang OA hahah! sya relax lang...and he is imposing na i-stop ko lahat ng TTC rituals ko once magbakasyon kami.  Mabait naman ako, so susundin ko sya LOL!

also we never tell our friends not even our parents about iui, baka hindi kasi nila maintindihan and also less pressure for us. ako, hubby, dra.mae at sa gT lang ako nagsbe. 2ww hinde ako nag gT kasi ayoko makabasa ng may nangangamusta sken about iui kasi pressure sa akin un. Basta lang  ng pressure, expectations iwan ninyo. Just go with the flow.

Hi sis Lei, dahil atribida ako.. Go lang ako kahit walang go signal si doc. Lol! But I did the test on the 2nd or 3rd day of menses. Nabasa ko kasi yun somewhere here... Hehe...

Hi ms. Katy! Ahh oo nga nabasa ko din before about pag may prob sa thyroid. Diba yung dating artists si Kim Delos Santos ba yun? May prob sya sa thyroid kaya hirap din sya magka baby. Si doc tan hindi pa namin napuntahan. Si hubby kasi medyo busy. Kaya hindi kami makapunta. Pero yung kapatid ng friend namin sumunod lang sa prescription ni Dr. Tan. Wala pa 1 yr. nabuntis na.  Ang PF daw is 400/head then magkakatalo na lang ang other cost sa herbs na prescribe nya. Dun sa thread na nabasa ko meron umaabot ng 1k meron naman 300-500 lang ata... Balitaan ko kayo pag nakapunta ako.

Dear diary,

cd10 kahapon and nag bd kami ni hubby. Sa cd 16 kami ulit magkikita and sabi sa calendar, fertile daw ako nun.  Ayoko na talaga isipin to masyado pero hindi ko talaga maiwasan.  Nalulungkot talaga ako minsan.  But i told hubby stop charting our bd na.  Mag bd na lang kami ng mag bd when we want to para less pressure.

nakakaloka! For the past 4 months, I ovulated on CD18. Tapos biglang this month, I ovulated pala on the 14th day! parang malabo ata makabuo
