Tonsilectomy

 Been getting a weird taste in my mouth lately. The taste and smell are like the smell  tonsil stones. I tried checking my tonsils but i didnt see any stones stuck to it. To find where that awful taste is coming from, i tried rubbing my right tonsil using my finger, pero wala naman amoy. Pero nung try ko yun left tonsil naman, ayun may smell nga. At yun smell..ayun na yun nalalasahan ko sa mouth ko. Ano kaya reason at may ganon smell? Wala naman ako nakikitang tonsil stones. Possible kaya may secretion coming from my tonsils kaya biglang nagkakaroon ng ganon taste ang mouth ko? Usually kasi may ganon ako nalalasahan kapag umiinom ako ng tubig or umuubo

^ang pagkakaintindi ko sis based on my research, yung tonsils natin nagsesecrete pag may sakit na dumapo satin to whatever it is secreting e nafoform ng calcium at naiiwan dun sa tonsils natin.

usually din daw yung mga dirt sa mouth natin and tongue dun din napupunta. pag super dami na nila, maamoy talaga. ako i check it once a week or so, minsan hindi naman super baho. pero mabaho talaga sya most of the time kaya i make sure alisin ko sya madalas para iwas bad breath din.

if u check you-tube may mga videos dun na nagreremove ng tonsil stones nila.

^pero yun sakin kasi sis walang stones eh. Pero iba ang amoy ng left tonsil ko.

Sa mga sis dito na nagkaroon ng tonsil stones, nagkaroon ba kayo ng bad breath dahil dito?

Hi.

I have just done my tonsillectomy 1 month ago. Medyo may masakit pa ng konting konti na lang. I did it kase may tonsil stones ako, at lagi din akong may tonsillitis, white coating sa tongue. Eto yung mga typical kong experience. thick saliva din at of course, bad breath since I can remember nung teenager pa ako. Currently, medyo nagiiba na yung daily experience ko sa breath, i think, I am getting better. It took my some time bago nakadecide na gawin tong surgery. Firstly, wala kase akong pera para sa operation, ngayon lang nagkaextra. Thank God!
