i think it's a nice show.

Mamie's face is irritating...lols and peace....walang aura eh

Not like her mom...miss meryl, aura wise....

Parang GA kasi ang peg minus the parner swapping and mas lighter...

The second episode is better. May pagka-Grey's Anatomy pa rin, but buti na lang toned down na ang narration. It is sort of emerging like a HS show, parang mas okay pa to sa ABC Family kasabayan ng Pretty Little Liars at Switch At Birth.

 I'm kind of a fan of Mamie. I do think she's a lot like her mom. She was tons better guest starring on The Good Wife. May range rin tong batang ito, katulad ni mama Meryl Streep.

yup her guesting was more interesting in the good wife...
perhaps its her character i don't like....will give it one more try for the cutie doctor....ahahha

i think one of  the problem with rising stars like her na may superstar parent/s...is the high expectation that they should deliver....sige pagbigyan...pero for now yoko ng aura niya...hahahha

Very true! Parang curse na rin coz she is Meryl's daughter and she has to prove herself more.

Wasn't so keen on her character, too. But for her sake, tiniis ko ang pilot. LOL. But there were a couple of scenes in the second episode that made me like it now. Dun ko nakita, anak nga ni Meryl! Wouldn't it be wonderful if her Mom guest stars no? That would be something for the show!

Wala ngang x-factor si Mamie compared kay mama Meryl. But I liked her acting in Off the Map. Mukhang may potential naman ang batang 'to, celebrity offspring or not. I'll give this series a try, for now.

I saw an episode sa ETC, i dont know if pilot yun, parang di ko masyado type, parang walang kakaiba sa kanya -_-

parang mas immature/toned down na grey's anatomy ang first impression ko (though grey's naman is oa din minsan sa angst pero i'm still hooked on it hehe)

nakakarelate ako kay emily na marami ka pa rin talagang hung-ups from high school na dala mo pa rin hanggang magmature/magtrabaho ka na, I find it hard to believe yung life saving sequence nya masyadong ineemphasize for me yung difference ng personal and work life nya

will watch the next episode sana different from grey's ang direction ng story

naiinlove na ako kay emily. super relate ako sa character niya (being too hard on herself). tapos gwapo pa mga leading men niya - tingin ko magkakalove triangle sila. nung ginoogle ko kung sino yung artistang emily, anak pala ni meryl streep! love love love!

The doctors are out… of a job.

The CW has euthanized its little-seen, critically panned medical soap Emily Owens, M.D., TVLine has confirmed.

The Mamie Gummer-fronted drama debuted to just 1.7 million total viewers and a 0.5 demo rating last month — well below time slot predecessor Ringer‘s launch numbers, yet admittedly facing stiff competition in the second presidential debate and the American League Championship Series.

A CW insider says the network will air all 13 episodes from its initial order.

May sariling bahay pala ang emily owens. My favorite. Super like ko na siya form pilot epi pa lang. PLus Mamie Gummers is a talent, subtle lang pero magaling. Nakakalungkot lang na cancelled, sana ituloy nila since ngayon pa lang naman nagpipick up ang show.
