Just finished my panel interview last Thursday and keeping my fingers crossed.

3 ang naginterview saken, one from the US by phone. For retailer advocate, yes. As far as I know hindi sya sales related.

Ang ganda ng compensation package, ayos ang allowance at medical benefits
Ang masasabi ko lang, alagang alaga ng Chevron ang employees, kasi concerned sila sa health, safety and welfare nila.

^I'm not sure sis about the eng'g, pero you can check the link I posted above for chevron careers and filter it by location (Asia Pacific>Phils)

I can't refer yet since I'm not hired til I pass the medical exam. If you apply online it only took me a week to nail the job, so mabilis lang din.

Ano ginagawa ng retailer advocate? Yung BIL ng bf ko sa Chevron nagwwork, IDK what position pero sa US sya nag training.

handles Retailer merchant credit card transactions ata, di ko pa [textspeak!] alam kasi I haven't been oriented pa e. Pero I passed my medical na yay

^Ano ang kasama sa medical exam? required na ba ang pap smear for pre-employment?

hindi naman required ang pap smear sa Pre employment, only the usual blood test, drug test, urine test, breast exam ganun

ano po ba mga jobs ang pwede dito? balak ko kasi lumipat sa mas magandang company, present company ko kasi halos walang benefits, wala din retirement something something, tinaggal din yearly increase at performance incentive eh kung ganon, sayang lang din kung  mag stay pa ako ng habang buhay. gusto ko yung company na pang matagalan. any idea mga sis? thank you.

^This is a good company, they focus on employee-safety not just yung mga nasa Oil fields.
Pero wala rin silang retirement benefit e (sa iba 50%-85% of salary),
pero may savings plan naman (not sure lang if aabot ng ganung rate din)

is Chevron a ROHQ?

^Yes.

The benefit given to ROHQ is that there's only a 15% tax, but remember it depends on your annual salary, so unless you reach that limit, your max income tax is still at 32%.
