for me, sis mura na yan kasi dalwang .7 pala.

last Sunday, we visited my friends alahera, she had a 1 carat, J, VS1, 18k white gold only 190k cash but no GIA. but the alahera is a GIA member so she can certify.

Gano ba kalaki ang .1 ct? Pinagawa ko kasi si baby ng diamond earrings, .13ct each (so total ct weight is .26) pero di ko sure kung malaki ba yun or maliit for a 6 month old?

How much na going rate ngayon for a 1 carat loose diamond? At least vvs and at least color i and up.

^ jewelry stores in the malls can do that. but ask first kung parating nandun ang appraiser nila. pawnshops can also do that for you.

^kung ilan ang karat ng gold at weight (grams). sa pawnshop lang ako nag papa-appraise, reputable naman mga pawnshop dito sa amin sa province. pero yung mga bato minsan hindi nila sinasama sa appraisal, kasi mas priority nila yung metal (gold).
