^well sis depende kasi yan sa purpose ng trip nyo. I haven't been to Imperial yet but we've always stayed at Shangri-La. Kasi main purpose namin every time we go to Cebu is to relax lang. Na-spoil na kami ng Shangri-La kaya I'm hesitant to try other resorts/hotels baka ma-let down lang ako.

If you're concerned with activities for kids, the Shangri-La has a kid's zone activity center. Just check their website.

Subscribing to this thread since I will be travelling to Cebu the last week of June. Mahaba habang backread ata to. I heard that Cebu is the real furniture deal. dito pa kumukuha ang mga taga-Manila. Any idea mga sis kung ano-anong pwedeng puntahan for this?

let us say sis na may 10k kami na buget para sa lahat na iyon including the accomodation, food etc sapat ba iyon?

possible ba itong iniisip ko??

7am arrival in cebu then deretso na sa oslob then balik na sa city doon na kami overnight then

2nd day city tour - night life

3rd chill nalang wait ng flight namin back to manila ng 4

any suggestions?

Ang alam ko mostly for export yung mga furniture nila sa Cebu i.e. Kenneth Cobonpue et al. Meron din naman for local consumption. But if you're looking for furniture na tipong Cobonpue ang style wait for November-early December for the inventory sales. This is the time na most export manufacturers would sell their overruns according to my air freight colleagues in Cebu.

@Princess_Chill: okay na ang 10k sis as long as you will be staying in a budgeted/not so pricey accommodation. It is much better if you will be staying around uptown areas para accessible sa lahat ng gusto niyong puntahan. With the city tour naman, wag na kayong magtaxi² kasi magkalapit naman ang attractions and nightlife centers are within reach lang. Punta kayo sa IT Park, maraming pwedeng tambayan doon.

may nabasa ako dito P4k daw ang rate ng day tour... correction lang po it's P3k lang for adults and P1,600 for kids, 3yrs old and below are free of charge.

3 hours ang byahe from Cebu to Oslob, and the Whale shark watching is only up to 12pm ata.
Kung kaunti lang tao, aabot pa rin kayo. But I suggest doing it on the 2nd day na lang. Do your city tour on the first day.

keri na yang 10k sis, sa hotel stella or fuente oro suites kayo stay. next day na yong oslob kasi mas ok kung maaga kayong nandon dahil mahaba pila. first day nyo na lang city tour. 3rd day bili na lang ng pasalubong and foodtrip

@younis, sis kung dalawa kayong adults and two kids bale lalabas mga 9K babayaran nyo. Mag check-in na lang kayo ng one night. Ask for the local rate when you book kasi mas mababa sya compared to booking online sa published rate nila. Meron pang kasama na buffet breakfast yung room nila.

If you are wanting really high-quality furniture, then there is Giardini Del Sole on Ouano Avenue,Mandaue near S&R (north of SM City Mall) but their price is bit high ,Quality Furniture comes at premium prices, except when there is a sale,there's a lot of good furniture houses here in cebu.

mga how much kaya need ko i alot for oslob? including fare and food?

im torn talaga like ko kasi sana kahit 1 night sa medyo ok na hotel kami like crown or quest hehe

sana nga patirahin nalang kami ng friend namin sa kanila kahit 1 night lang para iyong isang gabi namin sa sosy hotel na kami kahit papano heheeh...
