Citibank waived my Cashback and Shell Citi's annual fees last month and so are my supplementaries'.
So far every year Citi have always waived my and supplementaries annual fee charges.

@ayami, matagal na nila ako kinukulit to change my card before. Kasi dati rewards lang ako haha para mas maliit annual. But then again hubby said change it na rin since wala naman daw problem if i change it. So i did. And so far naman wala naman akong problem waiving fees ganun din si hubby.

@m_lim try asking their manager sa hotline to give you a call. And explain your issue. Kasi minsan the officers ayaw mag waive nila. Lalo na you said you got good credit standing so i dont see any reason why di ka nila pwede pagbigyan sa 5k na annual fee vs sa spending mo na 2M. So if ayaw ng officer asked for their manager/supervisor to call you. Sayang rin ang 5k, pang shopping rin yun LOL
