Ang BPI din meron silang binibigay na card just for onlne transactions na connected sa cc. Mas secure daw ito to use for online payments. Ang Citibank naman you have to input a code that will be texted to your registered cellphone before ma-approve yung transaction. But notice ko lang this is good for local PH transactions . Pag US transactions wala ng code na hinihingi.

Yes sis Mama Squeak, with Citibank if its international transaction wala rin akong code na narereceive. But accdg to the officers nila supposedly we should still get it daw. i have complained that nga till napagod na lang ako. So for my online shopping I just use the BDO online credit card para wala na rin ako iniisip

wala daw kasi offer this year para saken, baka sakali daw next year. :-(

@shygirlme and chicafabulosa, thanks mga sis. depende din pala sa bank kung ganun. pero pano yun niregister nyo pa rin sa Verified by Visa or Secured by Mastercard yun cc na pang online lang?

Hi, ladies!
Can you suggest a good CC for first-timers? I'm in the middle of my application with BDO (ShopMore) pero I have a feeling na mare-reject ako kasi paiba-iba yung address ko. :( They called me this morning verifying my personal details tapos nung na-share ko na I've had like 3 addresses for the past 3 years, biglang she ended the call. Do you think this would hurt my application?

Anyway, I know for one mahirap mag apply sa BPI. Ano yung medyo okay for people like me? Sakto lang yung salary range ko heehee.
Thank you!

Hirap ako sa BPI, laging 50% lang kahit sagad sagad kong ginagamit and lagi ako on time.

Last year nung December, surprised ako hindi ako siningil ng Citibank sa annual fee-- isa lang free for life ko sa kanila. I guess nareach ko yung spend requirement for the year, automatic ata pag ganun.

I am based outside of PH but I still have my BPI CC. Mabilis sila mag waive ng annual fee. Di pa ako nagbayad ng annual fee since I got my card 10 years ago.

Since naging client nila ako sis automatic waive yung annual fee ko. I just call them to inform na anniversary na ng card ko, then after that i will ask them to waive my annual fee. No questions asked naman so far, they would waive my annual fee agad

I have Premier Miles as well. I think quota naman ako sa spending requirment for this year.
