You can read the terms and conditions sa bank mo sis, in your case, sa security bank ni husband. Pero you can still check sis. Malay natin diba. If not, maybe you can ask HSBC kung pwede ipa staggered yung payment. Merong ganun sa BPI, eastwest

Thank you sis, I actualy called na and hindi nga pwede though in fairness sa BDO pwede as long as immediate family daw. Gusto ko lang subukan din kasi I never tried magBT. Nagkataon may napakalaking purchase ako na nabigla din kasi ako hehe thats why Im thinking of this.

Have you asked about converting your purchase to installment instead? Kung mahihirapan ka mag bayad nung buong amount, it's actually better if you convert it kesa may hindi ka mabayaran then mag interest. Suking suki ako ng BPI at Eastwest sa balance transfers. Hahahaha

Anyway, I had a conversation with CS ng RCBC last week. I was asking on how they compute finance charges kasi male-late ako ng one day sa 5k ko na balance. Anyone knows kung paano i compute eto?

One more thing I like about BPI. Di sila nagch-charge ng kahit ano kahit past due date na as long as na full ang payment before the next cut off. tapos kung hindi man full, ang charge lang nila is minimal. Like 300 pesos ata for 5000 na di nabayaran.

So if ever magkaron ako ng ibang magagandang credit cards, I'll still keep the rcbc kahit di ko na sya ginagamit

what do you mean advance billing sis?

Eastwest is so careless. They sent me an email saying that there will be a delay in delivering my bill. But my total payable is xxxxx. So I paid that in full, actually sa 15 pa ang due pero binayaran ko na. Tapos, after I paid, naisipan kong i check yung online account ko. At nandun na ang bill. At mali ang binigay nilang amount! So nag overpaid ako ng xxxx amount.

For bdo applications, pwede mong i check ang status online. You just have to enter either your sss or tin. Sa citibank naman, you can check through phone, sa IVR lang. either application reference number or tin. Pero the tin number does not always work.

I am thinking tuloy if ipa-cut ko na yun ibang cards ko since yun credit limit nito eh enough na for our needs. Ang ganda nung promo nila. Free luggage.

Unionbank offered me a new card, Platinum Mastercard. I've been using this for a few months na din. Okay siya for me kasi mabilis tumawag sa Customer Service if I have concerns. Tapos for life waived ang annual fee.

So far I'm able to keep my records to always pay in full and on time. Pero wala pang 1 year any of my cards. With my 3 cards (my own) yung combined credit limit hindi enough for us. I love their Credit to Cash facility. No hassle. Low interest rates.

Ganun ba talaga yun? :|

^Actually sis sa EW you have to wait 6 months bago ka mag re-apply sa EW. And better kung naka 1 year ka na nun. Pero kung naka one year ka na, pero wala pang 6 mos since your last application, ma de-decline lang din yan. Baka mangyari pa sayo ang nangyari sakin with EW.

I have completely lost interest sa EW credit card.

Well, needless to say, declined. then i tried again around August nung na regular na ko sa company. They refused to process the application, kasi 5 months pa lang daw since my last application. I have to wait 6 months daw. Okay then. October 2014, nag apply ulit ako since 6 months na since my first declined application. I can reapply daw Feb 2015. What the hell? Tapos considered declined yun? Tapos sasabihin sakin I can re-apply on Feb 2015, tapos pag nag apply ako Feb 2015 sasabihin nila last "declined" application ko is october so I have to wait until May2015 naman? Tapos ayun ip-process daw nila. Sabi ko nevermind, I'm no longer interested. Turned off much sa credit card samantalang may kakilala ako binigyan nila ng cc, mababa naman sahod nun (sorry, no offense meant), tapos walang credit record.

Unless gold, or super taas ng CL :D

Yes maganda pag good payer, automatic sila nag iincrease ng CL and easy mag apply ng iwaive yung annual dues. I've been BPI and HSBC user for a long time already. I have the platinum cards. Pero both started na 10k lang credit limit ko but now malaki na.
On the side naman a friend kasi is asking me, she has dues with East West na hindi na nya nabayaran, now yung mga legal dept. are calling her. Sabi ko makipag settle, i just dont know how to help her. Meron ako nabasa before wag makipag settle daw sa mga law firm ba yun, it's better sa bank? Can you please advise kung ano best and how to do it. She's a mom of 4 and I really want to help her, i hope you guys could too!

Thanks in advance!

You could call the bank and they will give a flexible payment option.

Sisses may nakita ko nakapost sa BPI eastwood na No documents needed for cc application when you have an existing cc. Natry nyo na ba to apply? I'm a BDO cc holder and I have 2 accounts with BPI. I'm thinking of applying for BPI cc for payment convenience.
