If we are coming from Manila pwede ba mag DIY sa Baguio or kelangan talaga may private car? Nag-checheck kasi ako ng mga hotels online, mas ok daw malapit sa Burnham, anong area ba yun, kasi sa Agoda halos Baguio City Proper, same lang ba sila? TIA.

Mga sis san ok magbreakfast sa camp john hay? Hindi ko kasi alam kung ano yung open for breakfast eh maliban sa mga hotels like manor and le monet.. Alam nyo ba yung price ng buffet breakfast nila kapag guest lang and do they also offer mga ala carte lang for breakfast? Hindi naman kasi kami malakas kumaen gusto lang sana namin yung ambiance na may garden/ pine trees gaya dun sa nabanggit kong hotels.. Baka po may masuggest kayo kung san ok magbreakfast din na ganub ang setup.. Around cjh lang sana..

Hi mga sis we are booked this august sa azalea ask ko lang kung anong magandang puntahan na malapit sa pag stayan namin, mga tourist spots, pasalubong and masarap na kainan gusto namin sulitan ni hubby yng baguio kasi pareho kami na first time makakapunta thanks mga sis

actually its easy to go around baguio kahit wala car. actually mas madali lang pag mag walk or take the cab na lang. sobra traffic and mahirap mag park. madami naman cab sa baguio eh.

Yung magstay sa Azalea, you can go to Mines View Park, Wright Park, The Mansion, Botanical Garden, Ketchup Food Community, Pink Sisters in one day. That's all on the same side kasi. Though hindi ito walking distance except for wright park and ketchup food.

Then you can do the following half day. Burnham Park, Ukay around the market area, Session Road. (walking tour lang to)

If willing rin kayo, you can do the grotto and diplomat hotel (not sure if open pa for tourists) half day.

Maliit lang ang Baguio, you don't need a private car. You don't even need to hire a cab. Mura lang cab dun, mahirap lang kapag umulan.

just got home from Baguio.. Ganda ng weather sa azalea kami nagstay for 2 nights and it was great! XD

hi mga sis. Can anyone recommend a small 2br apartment/house/condo in baguio? 2 lang kami ng friend ko and we will stay for 2 weeks. kaso we want separate bedrooms.

happy kami ni hubby sa azalea... the staff very much accommodating and the place is very nice and clean.... modern ang interior ang ganda.... ang mura nila ngayon sulit na sulit ang pagstay namin ng 2nights and 3days...

We're planning on an overnight stay in Baguio for my kid's 8th birthday. End of this month kami akyat. We'll probably be staying at Le Monet. We'll be taking the bus to Baguio para 'di na hassle.

Ano bang magandang pasyalan/activities for kids? I'm thinking horseback riding in CJH, Treetop Adventure, check-out Filling Station, Ketchup Food Community. We'll also definitely check out the night market (ukay junkie here). Is Mother's Garden a good place to see? Medyo malayo lang, tama ba? Around 30 mins from the city?

You'll never go wrong with CJH. Tahimik, malamig, marami ring food stalls and activities.

If you want a more crowded area, Burnham is actually fun for kids. Biking, Boating, Roller skating. Malapit na kasi dun yung night market.

You can go na rin to Wright Park and Botanical Garden. Malapit na yun sa Ketchup Food Company. Inimprove nila yung garden and don't forget to try Strawberry Taho. As in real strawberries.

I've never been to Mother Garden so I really can't comment. But yes, malayo siya sa city proper.

Ever since I was a kid and whenever my family would go to Baguio, we never stay in CJH kasi nga malayo. I remember I loved going to Baguio because of the pine trees. Kaya lang ngayon, konti nalang no? So now I want my kid to experience the old Baguio feel, yung pine trees are abound everywhere kaya we'll go with CJH this time. How do we take public transportation pala to get to the city proper when in CJH? We'd have to go out sa main road? We're ok with taking the jeep.

We'll also take him to Burnham. Matutuwa siguro siya na subukan ang rollerskating. : )

Talaga, masarap pala ang strawberry taho? I've never tried it before kasi nga parang artificial ang itsura ng syrup. But because you said they use real strawberries, we gotta try it then!

Meron sis yung strawberry taho na strawberry flavored syrup ang gamit pero meron din yung may chunks talaga ng strawberry. Sa botanical garden ko na try yun.

If public transportation, yes, you have to walk to the main road. mga 15 mins walk siguro yun from filling station, though ang alam ko kasi punuan na yung mga jeep na dumadaan dun. If magtaxi naman kayo, mura lang. mga 70-80 lang siguro from john hay to Burnham or SM. Basta hindi lalampas ng 100.

Sis, maliit lang yung skating area dun ah, pero pwede na rin. Nagenjoy naman yung mga kapatid ko last time, while me and my other sister were playing table tennis. Kumbaga, maraming activities.
