Baguio City Thread 10

Hi Girltalkers,

Has anybody gone up to Baguio this October? Just want to know the road conditions, and how long your travel time was.

We plan to use NLEX-SLEX route. Pero nalilito ako where to exit sa SLEX. Does anybody have an idea? 

We'll be going up on October 28. This is the first time we'll go with our toddler. Medyo pina-plano ko yung pit stops, and timeline para di mainip masyado si baby.

hello po, aakyat po kami on nov. 1-3... wala po kaming sasakyan, baka po may gustong sumabay samin pa-pma, balatoc mine, tam-awan and strawberry farm? need namin kahati sa expenses sa transpo  baka po may gustong sumabay... magttaxi lang kasi kami. or baka may maissuggest po kayo na rental na affordable naman?

Baguio here we come! We will be leaving for Baguio tomorrow evening. Oct 27-30 kami nandyan. We will stay at La Brea Inn.  Sana umalis na ang bagyo! Katakot landslides, baka madulas ang road.  We will be taking the Joy Bus midnight travel.  Matagal na kaming di nakabalik ng Baguio.  Sana hindi maulan.  What is the weather now?

We're going to Baguio on Nov. 2-4, bata pa ako the last time I went to Baguio, pakitingnan naman kung ok itong itinerary na ito:

We will be staying in a family friend's house in the Bakakeng Area.
I'll be with 9 adults & 2 kids.

Magsisimula kami sa pinaka-malayo sa Bakakeng.

Tapos saan ba malapit ang Lourdes Grotto, PMA, Strawberry Farm at Maryknoll Ecological Sanctuary para alam ko kung saan isisingit sa itinerary namin.

^Yung strawberry farm nasa La Trinidad area na. We went there last Friday and hindi pa pwedeng mag-strawberry picking. Mga November daw BAKA pwede na, pero para sure, we were advised to go back December.

love ko ang Baguio City! went there with my family nung March and we had a good time kahit na one day road trip lang yun. dami din namin napuntahan. pma, lourdes grotto, burnham park, camp john hay and wright park. pinakagusto ko sa mines view and dun din nag-enjoy mga pamangkin ko. natutuwa sila sa mga horses dun. i wanna go back again, hopefully, summer next year.

hi mga sis. may alam ba kayo na cheap na transient? 2 lang kasi kami nang friend ko. this saturday na kami pupunta nov 3 and alis kami nang baguio nang nov 5 nang hapon or gabi na.

wow, I haven't been to Baguio in awhile.. siguro mga 6 years ago na din nung huli ko nagpunta, college fieldtrip pa yun.
I want to gulay shopping!

Nakabalik na ako from Baguio. We were there Oct 27-30.  We left 12mn of Oct 26 via Joy Bus of Genesis Transport.   Sarap ng weather. Kahit may araw, malamig lamig ang simoy ng hangin.  Trekking at Camp John Hay and Tamawan Village.  Food tripping kami.  Pizza Volante, 50's Diner, Vizco's, Cafe by the Ruins, Oh My Gulay, O Mai Khan.  Sarap bumalik.  We stayed at La Brea Inn which is very convenient talaga.  Mura magtaxi.  Love it!

^hindi eh. pero we asked the jeepney driver, ukay is at Harrison Road until around 2 am ata un.

Oh how i miss baguio..  sana matuloy date ko with my two best girl friends.. kakamiss lang ang collge days at ang cool breeze ng baguio.. if matuloy kami we might try villa.cordillera or pines view hotel.for accomodation.. :)dami naring new hotels.sa.baguio.. will be updating once malaman ko kung tuloy kami..plan is nov. 24-25 kami.. excited na ako!

Harrison Road? Thanks sis! pupunta kasi kami sa Nov 17-18.. balak sana namin mag UKay or night market. kasi 8pm kami dadating. this is my 4th time yata sa baguio

November 17 8pm arrival - Iwan ng gamit sa may Gibraltar then SM for dinner and Ukay/night market (kung may bukas pa) Sana may mag suggest. TIA!
