^ i did this last year and i lost 10 lbs. but i wasn't able to maintain it and gained it back after a month.

I tried this and the 7 day recipe included nila but it didnt work for me. Even the energy they were saying if ever I will take it, first 3 days yes but after that balik na ulit aa sloggish feeling ako and whatever i lost during the first two days bumalik lang after 4th day.

goodness! this is sooooo hard! i might just quit it. kahapon sobrang lakas ko pa mageexercise but this day,gusto ko na lang matulog. im afraid my body might go into a starvation mode.
