^ i know i answered that question na before. hehe...pero from LCCT either you take the cab diretso ng Sky hotel or from LCCT, take the bus to KL sentral.  From KL sentral, take the monorail to Bukit Bintang, then lakarin mo na lang to Sky Hotel.  So pagbaba ng Bukit Bintang station, diresto ka sa old Maybank na area (this is already Sungai wang Plaza), tapos kaliwa ka don sa kanto (sa may coffee shop), hanggang marating mo yong Low Yat Plaza.  Pag nakita mo na yong federal hotel (likod lang ito ng Low Yat), makikita mo na yong Sky hotel don.  pwede ka rin naman from KL sentral, taxi ka. pero wag ka sa taxi pagbaba mismo ng bus kasi nangongontrata yon.  akyat ka sa 1st floor, meron kiosk don ng taxi, bayad ka ng coupon (fare). 

depende sis ha, as i have said here before, when taking the taxi from 12mn to 6 am, there is an additional 50% to the metered fare.

Hi mga sissies, will visit Penang on 28th and me lay over kame na 6 hours sa KL. Doable kaya ang city tour ng 6 hours if we will come from KLIA? Thanks sa magrereply

^^ just around RM60 siguro sis.  meron naman na kiosk sa LCCT ng taxi for you to pay for the fare e tapos bigay mo na lang coupon sa taxi driver.

^ sis, Penang is 45 mins. by air travel from KLIA pa ha.  so from your statement, 6 hrs pa kayo dito sa KL bago ang flight to Penang you mean?  Hmm, medyo hectic, what you can do is take the train (KLIA express) baba ng KL sentral then from KL sentral take the Putra LRT to KLCC para picture picture sa Petronas....then from Petronas pwede kayo maglakad na papunta sa Bukit Bintang then pwedeng fro there, take the monorail to KL Sentral na ulit tapos take the KLIA train ulit.  Pero be sure na kung 6 hrs nga kayo sa KL, 3 hrs lang ang i-allot mo na gala time niyo.  Lesser, better.

Adviseable ba one day trip to Legoland? We wanna go kasi and sa KL kami stay. Iniisip namin paano kami punta Legoland kasi malayo daw yun pa naman talaga gusto ko.

^ usually pag Grand Prix di naman ganon kalaki ang sale sis e, tapos bihirang shops lang meron.  Only during Mid Year and Year End lang talaga grand sale.

^ sis, last year mas madami sila sale ng mid year, hehe...

there is Colmare Resort, yong French themed park.  Though, mahal mga food don tska maliit lang.  Nice climate though.  Actually, marami nga raw hidden natural sceneries within KL, at di ko pa nga napupuntahan.  You can check out journeymalaysia.com na site.  Andon yong ibang pwedeng gawin within KL.

I'm not sure if tama dito ko i-post ito pero wala ako makitang ibang thread. Sis sa tingin niyo makakaapekto yung situation sa Sabah at Sulu sa mga Pinoy na kumukuha ng working visa ngayon sa Malaysia? Kamusta kaya situation doon ng mga Pinoy sa KL?

dito sa KL sis, wala naman issue pa.  Pero yong friend namin working in the government is saying na sana nga daw matapos na.  baka kasi magkaroon ng discrimination daw.  naglolokohan nga kami sa facebook, yong isa kong friend, baka daw ma-hold pa regularization niya, ako naman sabi ko baka di pa maidikit sa passport ko yong renewal visa ko kahit approve na, hehe... 

pero no worries naman, malayo yon tapos nakalagay na nga sa news nila na tourism is still open in sabah.  not a big issue here in KL pa naman.  although sa Sabah, medyo me mga gustong magpaalis ata sa mga pinoy don.  That is one thing sana na naisip nila, all can be settled thru peace talk.  Di naisip na me mga pinoy din na working here and can be put in danger because of what is currently happening there in Sabah.

^ me elevator sis, no worries.  child friendly at surrounded by lots of malls coz it is located in Bukit Bintang area.  Low Yat plaza (IT mall), Sungai Wang Plaza, berjaya time square, Lot 10, fahrenheit, Pavilion, have a walkway to KLCC Suria Mall, BB plaza.

Hi mga sis! We'll be in KL in two weeks time.

Kinakabahan and excited at the same time. Sana no problem with immigration with all the Sabah issues going on... Malayo naman ang Sabah sa KL ...

May I just ask the following:

1. Best (and fastest) way to go to KL from LCCT is via the KLIA Ekspres. But is it convenient also from LCCT and from KL Sentral to our hotel (Concorde) inspite of the transfers? Our ETA at LCCT is 5:40PM.

From LCCT, we'll ride taxi to Salak Tinggi or KLIA station? Then from there to KL Sentral. From KL Sentral, we'll take taxi again to Concorde.  Tama po mga sis?

2. After check in at Concorde, we'll proceed to Petronas Towers. Walk na lang or mas ok to take the train? If by train, Dang wangi station to KLCC or Bukit Nanas to KLCC?

Pabalik sa hotel, safe ba maglakad from Petronas to Concorde kahit gabi na?

3.  In the morning, we plan to do Purajaya tour and head to LCCT to catch our flight to Johor.
Mga sis, balak ko yung taxi na iha-hire namin for Putrajaya, yun na din sakyan namin to LCCT. Plan ko 1 hour tour lang (bale Seri Wawasan bridge, Puta Mosque, Office of the PM at PICC --- kaya ba ito ng 1 hour, photo ops lang?) then proceed na to LCCT. 2PM flight namin to Johor. Anong time dapat kami alis sa Putrajaya so we'll not be late considering F1 weekend yung time na yun?

Here's my answers sis:
1) Fastest way would be cab pa rin kasi medyo hassle lalo na pag marami kayong luggage, yon pagbaba ng Salak Tinggi station to the LCCT shuttle bus sa baba ng station, sa entrance.  If ETA is 540pm, then I'd say mga past 6 na kayo makakalabas ng airport.  Then, you will reach your hotel siguro around 8 na siguro non.  Then, tama, you can either take the cab to Concorde from KL sentral (pay the taxi coupon in the kiosk), or you can take the monorail, baba ka ng Bukit Nanas station.

2) It's just a walking distance sis.  And safe naman maglakad kasi madaming tao don sa area na yon.  Pag nagtrain ka, maglalakad ka pa to Dang Wangi (which is madilim).

3)  Sis, ikaw din ba nag-pm sa akin about this? hehe... kaya naman ng 1 hour sis e.  Sis, baka nga singilin ka ng mahal kasi nga ganyan na F1 race e.  Sometimes taxi drivers don't want to drive to LCCT sa ganon na time.

Tama ito sis? Kahit pala by KLIA transit, mga 2 hours pa rin travel time to city proper?

Ano kaya taxi all the way from LCCT na lang to Concorde para no transfers? More than 2 hours ba pag ganun?

Habol ko sana is to get to Concorde ng di pa madilim para pag punta namin sa Petronas medyo maliwanag pa. Bale sunset shot at night shot ng Petronas

2. Sige, will try to walk na lang to Petronas from Concorde and back.

3. Sis, yung sinasabi mo kaya ng 1 hour yung Putrajaya tour (considering the spots I mentioned previously) or yung travel from Putrajaya to LCCT? Trafic ba doon ng mga 11am?

^ sis, merong shuttle from LCCT to salak tinggi station. kasama na to dun sa fare na RM12.50.

for conveniece, IMO, I prefer yung bus na lang from LCCT to KL Sentral, then taxi to concorde hotel. halos same lang naman kasi ang travel time ng klia transit vs bus. kasi pag klia transit, mag shuttle ka to selak tinggi, tapos mag wawait ka na naman ng train. buti if andun na agad pagdating niyo.

^sis, if that's the case (na halos same travel time lang), baka mag taxi na lang kami from LCCT all the way to Concorde. Konti na lang siguro difference ng pamasahe, less pa hassle kase no transfers needed. We have luggages kase and 2 kids kaya I prefer convenience kesa mura pero hassle naman.

On going to Putrajaya from Concorde, ok na sis na KLIA transit na lang kami? Dun na rin naman sa babaan yung taxi tour counter di ba? Tsaka mas mabilis kesa taxi from Concorde to Putrajaya?
