^I've checked that sis, ang mahal! LOL..

I made a reservation at Hotel Hong for me and my mom for 1N accommodation. 90RM. No reservation fee, I just emailed them. Budget room lang siya but what I liked about them is they have private bathroom. Puro kasi shared bathroom ang nakikita ko na murang accommodation.

Will give feedback after..

Ask ko lang mga sis yung Sky Hotel, anong location nun? kasi tumitingin ako sa agoda at asiatravel, ang daming skyhotel, hindi ko alam which is which hehe..saka ok din ba ang Leo Express Hotel or yung Crossroads Hotel na sabi malapit daw sa Chowkit station? Location wise alin ang mas ok sa Leo Hotel at Crossroads? thanks:)

^ There are 2 sky hotels here in KL - the one in Bukit Bintang, and the other in Pudu (Sky Hotel Express).  I usually recommend the one in Bukit Bintang  because of its location, and I'd say malinis ang rooms.  Medyo downtown na ang Chow Kit area and mas accessible ang mga tourist spots sa Bukit Bintang area.  Those 2 hotels, maliliit lang sis and parehong madilim yong area.  I think Leo is the one na kasama sa mga deals kasi tito ko rin nakita yon dati sa deals.  Pero I told him better get Sky Hotel kasi di maganda ang location nong Leo.

^^ Sis, kung ako sayo go for Sky Hotel Bukit Bintang. Yung din sinuggest sakin ni sis phurple0515, sobrang okay. Bago lang din yung hotel, so modern yung amenities. Yung bed, kasya 5 sa laki hahaha.  Hindi mukhang budget hotel, promise. Nasa dulo nga lang siya, pero kaya lakarin lahat ng mall haha

san ba mas mura mga pasalubong, chocolates, shirts and ref magnets? sa sungei wang plaza ba? or mydin? from berjaya times square pano pagpunta sa mydin mall thanks

^ mas mura sa Chinatown (Petaling Street) sis.  Kung chocolates, kung makakadaan ka ng Chocolate factory, pwede don.   or kung sa Famous Amos stalls, me mga chocolates din don na locally made here in KL.  From time square, you can walk to Mydin (kung masipag ka) or take the monorail station, baba ka ng Hang Tua (which is just walking distance rin lang from time square), then change ka ng LRT going to Titiwangsa/Sentul.  Baba ka ng Plaza rakyat (1 station away from Hang Tua din).  Then from there, lakarin mo lang palabas ng station hanggang sa may crossing.  makikita mo na don ang Mydin.

ah ok thanks po sis, yung bang famous amos stalls na research ko meron pala sila branch sa KL Sentral kiosk,Sungei wang plaza at berjaya times square. yung bang chinatown malapit ba yun sa Berjaya times square? pag siguro pagod na kami pagtyagaan na lang namin yung sa sungwang plaza, feeling ko kasi pagod na kami nyan...hehe! last stop na namin yan bago kami bumalik sa berjaya times square going back to SG.

^^ malapit ang Chinatown sa Mydin, it's just across Kota Raya, na katapat ng Mydin. 

There is also a Famous Amos stall in Low yat, this is the IT mall near Sky hotel and Sungai Wang plaza. 

^  sis, melacca is 2-4hrs bus ride from KL depende sa traffic.  parang ang hirap nong itinerary mo, kasi Melaka is sa south (SG way) then Penang naman nasa kabilang dulo ng KL.  Putrajaya however is near KL.  If you intend to go to Penang by plane, then i'd say pwede ka 2 days sa Penang, another full day travelling and doing Melacca then 1 day KL/Putrajaya.  pero ubos oras ka na non sa byahe sis.  better decide if you want to go to Penang or sa melaca.

ask ko lang po uli, ilang tao ang kasya sa standard room ng Sky Hotel? 5 pax kasi kami at plan ko 2 rooms lang ang kunin. saka sa pagkakaalam ko malalaki usually ang hotel overseas kahit good for 2 lang nakalagay, pwedeng kumasya kahit 4 hehe.

^ Sabi ko nga kasya 5 sa bed ng Sky Hotel hahaha no exaggerations ang laki talaga ng bed nila! Hehe Kaya siguro 2 rooms. Pero kami 1 room lang kinuha namin kasi sayang, 1 day & a half lang naman kami so keri na rin.

Will be there with the family for 2 weeks! Saan kaya maganda pumunta mag-isa for a bit of soul searching ek-ek?  This may  sound a bit lame but are there beaches in Malaysia, basta pwede daytrip lang?

@runbarbierun...yung malalaking beds sa standard accommodation lang yun? hindi ba sila mahigpit sa number of people na mag stay sa room? Kung hindi eh pwede na nga siguro kami sa isang room. Yung tita ko kasi at the time na nagpunta sila sa HK before 12pax yata sila pero isang room lang ang kinuha nila, as in is isa-isa lang ginagawa nilang pasok sa room para hindi obvious hehe..

^ Haha grabe naman yun sis!  4 kami & hindi naman, kasi yung elevator nasa harap (pag pasok mo sa pinto) and yung check in counter nasa may likod banda.. hindi kita. Pero sis kami kasi sobrang gabi + sobrang aga pumapasok ha, kaya hindi kami nahalata siguro. Standard room yun (yun yung 2k or 2.5k ba yung price diba?).

yong standard room, malaki talaga ang bed.  me mini ref din.  malinis ang room.  basic siya kahit nga tv channel pero halos wala ka rin naman sa hotel maghapon esp malalapit ang mga malls  

ilang araw din na umuulan dito.  ngayon lang talaga di umulan.

For chocolates, try Berryl's. Lalo na yung may durian! I don't eat durian pero nagustuhan ko yung chocolate nila with durian hehe

sis pano ba pumunta ng sky hotel bukit bintang from lcct? we have big luggage..pwde ba mag bus going kl sentral then taxi na?
