^ thanks sis, hehe.  parang tito ko, he is asking na rin kelan daw sale ng mid year dito and year end.  usually naman sis pag mid year sale, 2 mos before the Hari raya ang sale, so malamang ngayon mga 2nd Sat ng June mag-start or 3rd week ng June hanggang Aug 9 (last day of Raya).  Then ang YES naman usually from Nov to Jan 1.

I have read somewhere kase na F1 race pala will be by March 22-24. We'll be in KL March 23-24 then 24-26 sa JB naman. Worry ko lang, matraffic ba from LCCT to KL by that time? Di ba plan kase namin to make a side tour sa Putrajaya on the day of our arrival sana (5:40PM), mga one hour lang or even less. I just want to see the Puta Mosque and the Seri Wawasan bridge. Picture-picture lang then off na to Concorde Hotel. Will appreciate your comment / input sis. Salamat!

we survived KL and Genting Malaysia...super thanks phurple0515...salamat sa mga info.

super chill and relax lang kami sa KL and Genting but we had fun! and nice talaga ang GO KL BUS nila na free...no worries na if you dont want to walk or nagtitipid sa fare... you can rely on the GO KL Bus...

^^ sis, if going to Putrajaya ang worry mo, no worries kasi malayo ang Putrajaya sa Sepang circuit which is around the entrance to LCCT. You should be worried in going to LCCT within those days kasi talaga naman ma-traffic.

anyone who have tried the SG to Genting ride via Starmart bus?

my friends and I will be coming from SG via Starmart bus (1100pm) going to Genting na, so diretso na siya, so I believe maaga kami darating nun sa Genting. my question is, pwede ba kami bumili ng ticket for the cable car ride dun na mismo sa Genting? and what time po nag ooperate o nagbubukas yung Genting particularly the cable car ride?

yung baba ba nun theme parks na and First World Hotel? if hindi naman kami magrides need pa ba bumili ng ticket? o meron sila entrance ticket lang, kasi gusto lang naman namin picture picture lang sa theme park tas gusto ko mag picture sa may First World Hotel. (wala lang colorful kasi nung hotel eh..hehe) kaya naman siguro lakarin yun noh? salamat po sa sasagot

Just got back from our trip to KL. Sadly, we didn't enjoy our trip. Kahit Genting, we didn't enjoy it. Parang ang dilim dilim ng place nung sa indoor attractions nya. The casino naman, sobrang dilim din. The weather was great there though. Parang Tagaytay. Pero that's it. Mas naenjoy namin Sunway pero d din yung parang mapapa WOW ka talaga.

My hubby had a major diarrhea because of the food in Jalan Alor. Siguro depende talaga kasi I was fine naman. Petronas maganda cyang tignan. We got the 7:15pm sched so naabutan namin yung sunset. And maganda cya sa gabi.

Over all, I think we won't be back there anytime soon. For me, better padin Manila (love your own). H&M lang nilamang haha. This is just me ha. Kumbaga, not my cup of tea.

^ sis, madami na rin kasi di naaliw sa genting e as per our previous discussions din before.  Sa food naman, medyo maninibago ka nga esp. kung ang kakainin mo is yong mga may curry sila, etc.  or kung medyo maselan ang tyan mo (like our Indian colleague na sumakit tyan after he ate Fish ball noodles, e 4 kami ordered the same, siya lang sumakit tyan)

you haven't tried to be here during sale season.  yong sa sunway, natry niyo yong bago nilang attraction sa sunway Lagoon na 4D ride?  Worth it daw.

Sis, if mag Putrajaya kami from LCCT on arrival date, kahit 1 hour or less lang for picture  taking lang sa Masjid Putra at Seri Wawasan bridge, mga anong time kaya kami makakarating ng Concorde Hotel nyan. 5:40PM ang ETA namin sa LCCT. Balak pa namin mag dinner sa Suria KLCC at mag-picture din sa Petronas Twin Towers after check-in sa hotel.

The following day naman, worry ko yung from KL to LCCT kase last day ng F1 din yun. Flight namin is 9PM via Air Asia from LCCT to JB. Mga ilang oras dapat namin i-allot for travel from hotel. Might use the KLIA Ekspress na lang para madali then taxi from KLIA station to LCCT than taxi all the way from hotel to LCCT, no?

Mga anong time ba usually start at end ng F race?

usually kung 540PM baka makalabas lang kayo ng immigration at LCCT 45-1 hr.  depende sa dami ng tao.  30 mins pinakamabilis kung walang tao masyado.    So let's say mga 630 na kayo nakaalis ng LCCT, kung dadaan pa kayo ng Putrajaya, baka mga past 8 na kayo makarating ng Concorde.  Di naman matraffic usually pag palabas ng LCCT e, unless sis, na makasabay niyo mga nanood sa F1.  Malamang niyan, baka mag-9 na kayo makarating concorde kung dadaan pa kayo ng Putrajaya.

Kung pabalik ng LCCT and 9am ang trip niyo, agahan niyo na lang sis, siguro mga 6 to 630, umalis na lang kayo sa hotel.  mas magandang maaga kayo umalis kesa maabutan pa kayo ng traffic don.  kung KLIA express, pwede kayo mag-taxi or bus (of course mas mura pag bus).  pwede din naman na KLIA transit, baba kayo ng Salak Tinggi station (after Putrajaya), then me shuttle na don ng bus to LCCT.  Pag eto sasakyan niyo, be sure na sabihin niyo sa ticketing booth na you are going to LCCT kasi kasama na don yong ticket ng shuttle.  Di kayo pwede bumili ng separate ticket ng shuttle from Salak Tinggi to LCCT.

di ko lang sure yong time sis e, TBC pa nakalagay sa schedule nila e.  whole day ata siya pero i don't think it will start as early as 7am

question lang po uli, from Chin Swee Temple, how to go to Batu Caves ?(may free shuttle sa Highlands Hotel or First World Hotel papauntang Chin Swee). Thanks.

^^ sis babalik kayo sa Genting station don sa may cable car ride ulit then take the bus to Batu caves pero di ko sure kung merong bus na diretso don.  should be kasi merong Batu Caves to Genting e. or Gombak .

^ To each his own talaga. hehe Ako although a lot of friends have been dissuading me to go to malaysia esp the genting theme park. We did pa rin due to the kakulitan of my cousin. In fairness, ok naman siya for me maybe because of the cable car and the weather. But super kadiri ang cr. Sorry pero lahat ata ng cr sa malaysia well most if not all kadiri... Maski sa legoland pa. Kaya super ok ang hotel na nirecommend ni sis phurple. Kung pwede lang pigilan ang wiwi.

^ walang tatalo sa cable car sa Langkawi, heheh, kung yon lang ang paguusapan, the best  

kasi kaya madumi cr, karamihan kasi naghuhugas sila ng paa don esp. kung walang alloted na hugasan ng paa for Muslim ladies. Kelangan kasi nila maghugas before their prayers.

Sis phurple! Thanks sa pagrecommend ng Sky Hotel! The best yung location - walkable lahat! Pati Mom ko natuwa sa hotel na "pinili" ko hehe isang tumbling lang pala yun sa Low Yat. Enjoy naman kami sa KL though wala kaming pinuntahan except Petronas and Genting. Genting not really worth it pero okay na rin kesa tumunganga sa city. Pinakagusto ko - shopping! Haha dikit dikit mga mall pala dun. Kaya pala 2nd best shopping city in Asia.

I agree na depende talaga sa chan. Kasi ako ok naman ako, asawa ko lang talaga yung d na makalabas ng cr.

We did try sa Sunway yung 4D ride. Lam ko nga 5D tawag nila dun kasi OA, mababasa ka talaga. We went there on a Sunday kaya siguro ang daming tao. We were in line for that 4D ride for 1 hour din ata. Tapos the ride was 3-5mins lang. Pero ok naman din.

And true, medyo d ok yung mga CR. The shopping naman was okay for me. Daming tao kahit d sale. Sana ma try ko nga na sale dun, baka masmaappreciate ko

Any recommendation on cheap but clean accommodation in Penang and Malacca?

^ this one I can't answer.  The one we stayed in Penang kasi is yong Jerejak Resort Island.  So parang nasa bundok ka though malapit lang siya sa Queensbay mall.  Sa Malacca naman kasi never kami nag-stay overnight.  Alam ko previous thread sis meron nagstay sa malacca e.
