^actually sis sa case namen, lalo kameng napamahal from getting from the kiosk and hotel. weird nga. mas mura pa na pumara from the street and ask for a fix fare. like when we went to the airport, MYR90 from the hotel. Yung sister ko nakakuha ng cab for MYR75, kami naman ni hubby MYR70. So I guess depende na din sa haggling skills mo.

I read somewhere nga na worst in the world ang cabbie drivers in Malaysia. Parang out of the 11 na nasakyan nina, 1 lang yung tama sa Malaysian standard yung meter fare. Kaya nga mas gusto na namen ng fixed fare, kase kung madaya yung meter nila mas talo kami kung based on meter. Eto actually yung nakakadismaya sa mga tourist. Like us, hindi na kami nagpunta sa bang lugar dahil nanghinayang kami sa taxi fare.

On the other hand, ang mura ng TV sa Malaysia. Kung madali lang sana magpasok dito, malamang bumili na kame

^ mura nga.  nagpadala na ko tv sa bahay via LBC.  mura din mga gadgets dito.  yong mga taxi na ganon, karaniwan sa KL city center, pero pag iba naman, ok lang.  yong mga kiosk ang tama, usually kasi pag sa hotel, me iba na me % ang hotel kaya parang mas mahal pa.

Actually, i have second thoughts in availing the HOHO since I read some reviews na di na raw maganda buses tas waste of time daw kasi tagal daw minsan dumating buses sa bus stops. Since you recommended the KL free bus, un na lang try namin. Thanks sisses! =)

mga sis! ill be in kl this thursday na, ask ko lang po if ill bring 25 bottles of gluta capsules mahohold po ba? yun client ko kasi nagorder tapos sabi nya check in baggage ko daw then kapag tinanong sabihin ko daw para sa friend ko sa singapore then pakita ko ticket ko to sg, what do you suggest mga sis? pls help tia!

^ usually pag pabalik din ako ng KL, i bring some medicines and supplements, including gluta, naka-checkin baggage.  so far, di naman ako natatanong.  just be prepared of the receipts, etc or kung me BFAD naman yan, pwede mo ipakita.

hi sis! yun nga wala bfad kasi imported sya tapos 25 bottles pa. hayun, i already emailed her na paship nalang namin kasi baka mahold kme sa airport magcause pa ng delay...

jan 11- 1am friday arrival lcct, star shuttle to rainforest b&b
7 am to kl sentral buy tickets to genting if were lucky makaalis ng same day.
3 pm back to kl sentral ikot sa area klcc, petronas tower, jalan alor ano pa bo pwede?

jan 12 saturday. dapat melacca kaso very tiring daw hindi kaya balikan may kasama kasi ako 1 kid at 1 senior. ayaw husband ko batu caves, so ano po kaya ok na ipalit? putrajaya po kaya? but base sa reviews mas okay gabi dito kasi super init daw po pag day.

^ tama sis, ipa-ship niyo na lang, mas maganda pa.

yong itinerary mo, ok naman.  For Day 1, kaya yong gusto niyong ikot sa KL area.  Tsaka makakakuha naman kayo on the day itself papuntang Genting.  The problem is, the theme parks and the shops will only open at around 10 am.  So going there early, medyo la pa kayo masyado magagawa.

Day 2, pwede kayo mag-Sunway Lagoon, me mall na rin don.  Or siguro Lakeview Garden.  you can google it for more info.  Or pwede naman Putrjaya kasi you will pay the cab to take you around there tapos bababa lang kayo for picture taking.

Speaking of holidays here, below is the upcoming holidays for Jan and Feb.

January:
24 (Thursday) - Prophet Muhammad Day
27 (Sunday) - Thaipusam - Hindu festival and Batu caves will be very crowded.  But if you want to see how they celebrate it, this is the best time.  Just be ready with what you see (and smell na rin siguro).  Google niyo pictures.
28 (Monday) - in lieu of Jan 27

February:
1 (Friday) - Federal Territory Day - KL only
10 & 11 (Sunday & Monday) - Chinese New Year
12 (Tuesday) - in lieu of Feb 10

^ sis, mas maganda pag umaga e, kasi Putrajaya is a ghost town esp. pag weekends kasi it's where government offices are located.  Usually, taxi for Putrajaya, is pagbaba mismo ng KLIA transit, putrajaya station.  meron don kiosk ng taxi, sabihin mo lang na tour ng putrajaya, 1 hr i think is about less than RM50.

^ i don't think your 7 yr old kid will appreciate Putrajaya, hehe.  Unless, yong sinasabi ng kilala  mo is take the dinner cruise by the lake ng Putrajaya.  Google mo, meron yon

i'm planning to go to sg-malaysia next month with my family. actually gusto ko lang dumaan sa malaysia because of the hello kitty town, my 5-yr old daughter will surely love it and to have a photo opp sa petronas. yun lang. paano ko ba gagawin yung itinerary namen? hindi ko na kasi alam kung anong dapat sakyan from sg going to hello kitty town, then to petronas, then to airport back to manila. ilang oras ba travel time from sg to hkt? then hkt to kl? pagdating sa kl siguro magstay lang kme for 1 night sa hotel para makapagroam around din sa mga mall and to experience local food, then kinabukasan back to manila na.

^ Hello Kitty Town is nearer SG sis, sa Johor.  From Johor to KL, it's about 4-5 hrs bus ride.  So I think you need to go to Johor first, before coming over here in KL.

^ his sis! from johor, how can we go to hello kitty town and vice versa? i searched the net kasi, parang wala atang bus services na you will alight in front of hkt na kagad. i saw one kaso tour package na and two-way sya, the ticket includes going back to sg. my plan kasi is, after ng hkt namen we're going to kl na.

^ sis, maybe you can try to google kasi di ako masyadong familiar sa Johor e.  taga-KL ako   but i think there's a bus from the bus station going to Legoland, which is malapit na rin sa Hello Kitty Land.  You can try to back read (or google nga, mas madali) for some instructions   me pinost ata ko dati na link din dito.

on the package, you can ask the one in charge of the tour how much if di kasama ang return to SG.

Hi mga sis! Patulong lang po. I have a few questions lang:

1. We're planning of taking the PUTRAJAYA TAXI TOUR upon arrival (ETA 5:40PM LCCT). Possible po ba ito? Do I need to go to Putrajaya MRT Station taxi kiosk to book a tour or pwede na rin dun sa taxi kiosk sa LCCT?
2. Safe ba iwan yung luggage in the taxi with the taxi driver while we shoot pictures in Putrajaya? hehe... sorry, paranoid lang. Feeing tatakbuhan ng driver eh...
3. Ano po ang nearest MRT station for the following spots/places:
   Merdeka Square , Sultan Abdul Samad Building , Masjid Jamek, Masjid negara at yung I *heart* KL na sign?  Will be coming from Concorde Hotel po (Bukit Nanas / Dang Wangi is the nearest MRT station to the hotel).
4. Walking distance nga ba ang KLCC / Petronas sa Concorde Hotel? have read a lot of reviews kase na it says it is.

^ hi sis, see my reply below:
1.  i am not sure with the taxi kiosk in LCCT if they will have the same one like in KLIA transit - Putrajaya station.  Parang don lang sa Putrajaya.  Try niyo na rin to ask kung pwedeng i-rent ng 1 hr yong taxi for the tour.

2. I don't think so I mean, di naman lahat siyempre ganon pero just to be safe sis, kayo na mag-assess kung mapagkakatiwalaan ba or not yong taxi.  But if you take the taxi via the kiosk, they will have the taxi no. with them para alam kung anong plate no. ng sinakyan niyo.

3.  If from Concorde oing to Merdeka Square, pwede kayo mag-lakad to Dang Wangi LRT station then baba kayo ng Masjid Jamek station.  Merdeka square na don sa kanto. 

4.  yes, walking distance lang ang Concorde sa Petronas tower. 

Sis, wala pang MRT dito ha, under construction pa lang.  LRT at Monorail pa lang meron

1-2. Naisip ko lang na makaka-save ng time kase if diretso na kami sa taxi t our ng Putrajaya kase malapit na ito sa LCCT. Pero if di pwede sa LCCT mag-book ng taxi tour, the following day na lang siguro kami mag-Putrajaya para wala na kaming luggage na dala-dala.

Overnight lang kase kami sa KL. The following day, travel na kami to JB for legoland then exit to SG na.

3. Sis, from Masjid Jamek Station, walking distance na yung lahat ng spots na nabanggit ko?

If di kami sis makapag-Putrajaya tour on the day of our arrival, possible ba itong itinerary ko?
Day 1 - ETA 5:40PM LCCT
            KLCC / Petronas Twin Towers


Day 2 - Batu Caves
            Early Check-out at hotel leave luggage at concierge
            Merdeka Square, Sultan Abdul Samad Bldg , Masjid Jamek
            (*if we can squeeze these in Day 1, we'll do. Madilim na ba ang 7pm? Gusto ko maliwanag pa pagpunta at pagpapicture dito. )
            Lunch at KLCC (or ano ba malapit na mall sa Masjid Jamek?)
            Off to Putrajaya for taxi tour then diretso na LCCT to catch our 9PM flight to JB

          *** Note: Shopping is not part of the itinerary sis kase my kids will be bored. Just some pasalubong shopping at KLCC siguro like Famous Amos and some Beryl's chocolates. 

Please comment on my itinerary naman and sana mabigyan mo ko ng idea ilang oras ang kailangan for the spots I mentioned including travel time by train.
