^That's true. They've had it for a while na actually. Kaya pala nagtaka ko months back kung bakit nawala yung log on page for BDO CC. Yun pala I can access it na thru my online account, anaka-hyperlink lang don.

Hi Just want to ask san po pwede mo mag apply ng bdo credit card? interested kasi ako i already have 3 CC pero gusto ng bdo shopmore

^ sis pwede ka mag pa endorse sa suking bdo branch mo para mas madali yung process.
Sa experience ko, nag apply ako sa forever21 and bench, wala pa rin... nauna pa yung sa bank endorsed application which is shopmore yung na approved.

^ sis, call their customer service lang. ako nga overseas pero they were able to reset naman my password when i called thru their toll-free number

Suggestion sis you keep  your passwords in a notebook then lagay mo lang sa drawer mo. Of course may code sya para di alam kung para san. Like sa akin

sobrang inis ko sa BDO. hinahanapan ako ng one-time password eh tama naman yung password ko na inenter. eh hindi ko naman alam otp ko. napakahassle! napilitan tuloy akong magclick sa forgot password. kaso ganun pa din. i tried challenge question pero puro incorrect answer. di ko alam kung case sensitive lang siya talaga o naforget ko ng talaga ang answer. hanggang sa last chance ko na daw ianswer ang question otherwise ay malalock ang account ko. so annoying! based pa naman ako overseas. i'm using my account for fund transfer to my mother's account. i already sent an email to them. hoping they will send me my otp. hay, grrrr talaga ang bdo! kung hindi lang talga bdo ang account ng nanay ko, matagal ko ng sinara account ko sa bdo. mas user-friendly at convenient talaga ang bpi. sana lang gawan ng aksyon immediately ng bdo ang problem ko.

Its their new way to check if valid ang login sis. The otp will be sent to your mobile no everytime you login.

my mobile number sis na nakasave sa account ko is di na updated. nagchange na kasi ako ng number saka roaming ang gamit ko now. can't BDO just send the OTP to my email? I badly need to make a fund transfer.

I hope you remember your challenge question otherwise you're out of luck.

Well if that's the case your only option is to answer the challenge questions. Kasi if papareset ka sa kanila naku super tagal.

Ako hindi ko na rin masyadong iniintay yung text para sa OTP. Tagal eh. Tapos hahanapin ko pa ang cellphone.

Sinasagot ko na lang ang challenge questions. Hindi case sensitive ang mga challenge questions.

Nakakapasok naman ako pagkatapos sagutin yung mga questions.

@chinablue - Nope those OTP cannot be sent through email. Call BDO instead to fix your problem - it may be better than sending an email. Hindi sila nagrereply via email coz I've tried it few days back.

^ ako rin that's what I do, instead of putting in the OTP kasi ayoko na i-check cellphone ko I just answer the challenge question and wala naman palya, mas mabilis pa para sakin. Pero in fairness, mabilis naman yun text nila sa number ko ng OTP. effort lang everytime you check online kasi syempre mas tumagal at lagi pa may text from them, pero kung for security purposes okay lang.

sis ok na bdo account ko. i made a gamble with the last chance given to me to answer my challenge question. ayun, tumama naman. so thankful! so what I did afterwards is nag-update na ako ng mobile number, and pati challenge questions inupdate ko na din. i made a copy na din of the answers to the challenge questions. i learned my lesson na. anyway, i never had any more problems with bdo. actually, i realized mas ok pala ang system ng paglog-in ngayon. at least, mas secure siya ngayon.

sisses help please. How do I enroll another person's cash card account?  Sa Enroll other person's account ko sya ginawa pero wala pa din hanggang ngayon.... Help please.

Doesn't it give you like some confirmation number
then it tells you to go to the ATM to activate it?
That's what I recall from enrolling a third party account.

Yes sis... ni-activate ko sya sa ATM entered the 6 digit activation code, pero after 24hrs chineck ko kung makapagtransfer na ako sa account na inenroll ko, di pa din nag-appear sa dropdown list.

Did it say that it should be ok after 24 hours though
and not 3 business days?
I can't remember how long it took for mine to show up
but I know this things sometimes take up to 3 business days.

Have you tried calling the helpline to follow up?
