anyone tried using their BDO atm with mastercard logo in purchasing online?

Guys, any experience with BDO UITF especially the Peso Balanced Fund? And how does it work exactly if you don't have account with BDO? All my funds, as in ALL, are now with BPI.

^ i got BDO Balanced Fund last October 2011. right now, nasa 25% gain na sya. i have an account with BDO before ako nag-open ng UITF account. i'm not really sure but i think you will be required to open a savings account.

@chefron I own their Mastercard ATM debit card. You can use it at an actual shop but not online. Better get a credit card and then apply for their virtual card for online purchases.

Sis i think you cannot use it for online purchases merong bdo virtual cc sila na can be used for online purchase. You can read it at the bdo site.

Ang laki ng gain mo sis wonderful! Ako nung bumaba ang fixed income fund last june 2012 nawalan ako ng gana I pulled it out. Tumataas pa rin ba? Gusto ko na rin uli ibalik sa fixed income.

Yes sis magopen ka ng savings account sa bdo if you get their uitf kasi dun nila ipapasok ang money mo kung gusto mo na ipullout investment mo.

Asked about BDO UITF yesterday sa branch. For Peso Balanced Fund, 10K min investment at 10k min additional, 30day holding period. Okay sa kanila, no front load fee at pwede i-enroll sa EIP.
Yun nga lang, one has to open an account para maging settlement account mo. I have a Joint Account in BDO, pero di nila in-allow, di ko alam kung gusto lang ba maka-quota ng new accounts nila hehe.
Kaya tuloy sa BPI ako nauwi, andun din lahat ng funds ko e Pero still thinking of investing with BDO, next year siguro.

^ i know, kaya lang turn off na kailangan mag-open ng bagong account, when i have an existing account with them.

^joint acct kasi yun mayroon ka as you have mentioned sis sa nauna mo na post. If siguro yung placement mo joint rin sa same person sa bank acct mo d na kailangan mag-open pa ng settlement acct.

sa case ko kasi, i have personal account with my maiden name naman pero i want the investment account to be joint account din kaya prefer ko rin mag-open ng joint savings account with hubby. ang naging problem ko before pala, 1 ID pa lang ang meron ako with my married name na. eh di ba 2 IDs ang required nila. when i first inquired with the Rockwell Business Center branch (near TMC), sabi hindi daw pwede na isa lang ang ID ko with my married name, and another with my maiden name pa kahit i'll support with marriage cert. ang strict di ba kaloka? pero i'm glad when we visited Fort Bonifacio-Bayani Road branch, na-entertain kami. super helpful pa nung bank personnel at in-assist nya talaga kami. so we were able to invest sa equity na joint kami, with joint savings account as settlement account na dun ding branch namin in-open. we were also able to apply for EIP

I called them up and asked for annual fee reversal and in just 5mins na reverse na agad.. I'm glad.

Hi Leelou. I'm interested in this. All of our accounts nasa BDO and I want to invest some of my daughter's savings kase. Pano ba namo-monitor ang gain and losses nito? Hinde kase kame much of risk takers.

^ correction pala, Balanced Fund yung inopen ko nung October 2011 and not Equity.

sis twelvth_goddess, punta ka lang sa branch and mag-open ng investment account. choose either Equity (high risk), Balanced (moderate) or Bond Fund (low). i got Balanced the first time kasi takot pa. then last month lang, we placed na in Equity. kumuha din kami ng EIP (read about it here - https://bdo.com.ph/personal/trust-and-investments/easy-investment-plan) at Equity fund din ito. these funds we intend to use sa education ng magiging children namin so maybe in 10+ years pa.

kung enrolled ka sa online banking ng BDO, pwede mo rin i-enroll yung investment account. you will need lang the Client Master Number that you can get from the cert (COP) that will be given to you upon placement. ang tinitingnan ko na lang every time eh yung unrealized gain/loss duon kasi updated naman sya

magkano annual fee mo sa bdo sis? sana ako din ma-revese. laki kasi annual fee ng cc nila..

hi mga sis! ask ko lang po what are the requirements in opening a savings account in BDO?? required po ba ang billing statement like telephone and electric bills?? pano po pag wala ako nun?? TIA

^Hinde ba mino-monthly yung annual fee nyo? Saken kase installment nila china-charge kaya deadma na ko, hinde naman masyadong ramdam. 125 per month ang charge nila.
