^ sis nag email ako sa andain's December 26th and I got the reply January 22nd. Ano email mo sis forward ko na lang sayo.

Looking around din ako sa thread na to baka may mahanap na mas sulit kasi planning din ako for my niece's 7th bday pero if wala mapili baka dun na lang ako sa candy buffet ko nung wedding kay BonBon Taffy sana mag promo ulit hehe kasi I got them for a discounted price nung 2014 na 7.7k for 150 pax pero di ko lang alam how much yung regular rates pag walang promo hihi. Hirap lang din pumili pag madaming options haha!

nag DD-I-Y ako ngayon ng dessert table. nakaka 3thou na ako sa treats palang. 250 sa National Bookstore... this week mag divi pako.

^sis I booked joann Tuazon rin for my dessert buffet. Pero charge nya 12,500 ha. Mas mahal ng 500.. Hmmm.

I was planning nga na DIY na Lang for my 2nd baby pero na-stress ako haha so sabi ni hubby book whoever supplier I want. I wanted her for my eldests 1st bday party last Nov 2013 but she was booked. So I ended up with balloon sparke.. Naku super super overpriced naman siya.  Nice naman ang table setup niya but I was so disappointed sa balloons.. I was like "that was it?!!" She charged me 25k! Never again.

Yun nga lang kelangan mo gumastos sa mga jars..medyo pricey din kasi mga jars ngayon..nung 1st bday ni baby DIY ko.lang candy buffet bongga naman.. napagastos nga lang ako sa mga jars pero magagamit mo pa rin naman siya sa next birthday niya.
Or kung may mahihiraman kang flower vase or jars bonnga na yun.

hi sisses, weird question. haha kung 100 adults and 20 kids ang guests, ang kukunin ba na candy buffet ay for 120 pax na? iniisip ko kasi di naman lahat siguro kukuha ng candies lalo na mga lolo at lola at most of the adults..

^naku sis im my own experience ha.. Yung adults nga ang pabalik balik sa candy buffet...yung mga kids naman kasi super busy na sa program..tutok talaga sila sa host/magician/clown.

^ tama ka dyan sis. Nung event din namin ang mga adults busy sa pagkuha ng sweets and chips haha ang mga kids halos paisa isa lang. Adults talaga nakakarami ng round heheh.

With my eldest son, if I remember correctly we spent around 80k++ for 30 pax. And for his 1st birthday, around 130k++ for 60 pax.

With my bunso naman, we decided for a combined binyag and 1st bday celebration. It will be this Saturday na. So far, we are at 170k for 70 pax. So nakatipid na kahit pano

So for 100 adults, dapat ba good for 100 na lang din kunin ko? kasi different varieties naman yun di ba? Meron na kasi akong dessert from my caterer (brownies and lemon bars) and may sof serve ice cream na din ako. Thanks a lot sises!

I plan to do a DIY dessert buffet with coffee for my son's birthday-baptism party. eat-eat party lang yung party ko and mostly adults ang guest.  i for one loves to have some coffee & dessert after a meal and mahilig talaga ako sa cakes pinayagan naman ako ni hubby to allot budget for this & i already got in touch with several suppliers who does dessert buffet setup, pero shempre naisip ko baka naman pwede mag-DIY, anyway "kapricho" ko lang naman ito.

*may kasama na nga palang dessert yung sa caterer (i might get mango-banana cream or assorted cupcake) pero aside from that gusto ko may ibang items pa that will go great with coffee.

plan ko, i will set up our coffee maker then buy ground coffee from starbucks tapos set up na lang ng sugar & creamer jars and coffee cups sa buffet table mismo.  tapos hahanap na lang ako ng supplier for the ff:
-cookies, i prefer choclate chip or choco crinkles sana
-fudge brownies
-cupcake with frosting and/or
-mini cake slices, like yema cake, brazo, carrot cake
-parang hindi bagay with the other items, pero pwede din pala yung mini puto-flan.  what do you think?

pa-help naman mga sis if you know anyone who can supply these. yung masarap & afforable sana

question pala, if i will be serving 100 guests, automatic po ba na i should get 100 pcs of each dessert type? nabasa ko kasi here na sometimes hindi naman kukuha ang guests ng 1pc of each item. so how many pcs should i get per dessert type?

^Masarap na dessert, pwede yung kay Joy San Gabriel, she has bite-sized cakes. My personal favorite is the Kilauea. Sya ang non negotiable na supplier sakin tuwing may party mga bagets ko
