Paupahan na apartments, studio type or mga 1 bedroom sa residential areas lalo na malapit sa BPO or malls, sana mga 5-10 pinto, for our retirement as well as commercial space.  Who knows, kung maganda talaga income pwede na din mag for good, and sabayan nalang ng work namin mag-asawa so we won't have to leave Pinas na.

Cafe because I love to cook and bake and confident naman ako sa goods ko and my sinusupplyan ako na konting bakery at coffee shops. Di ko lang alam how to start and I don't want to give up my current job to be hands on on this one sana kaso feeling ko parang malabo. Any tips sa mga may cafe or planning to have one?

Condo rental, will start renting out my unit this summer. After 5 years, self liquidating asset na siya.

Idagdag ko lang yung copra/coconut business sa Palawan sa lupa ng in laws ko and/or yung sa Bicol, sana maumpisahan na namin i manage and malaman kung pano magiging negosyo and mapapalago.

Dapat yata maganda talaga yun location kun tipong building ns tipong 3 units tapos 2-storey sya para walang mabakanteng unit. Usually parang 5K per unit yata ang monthly rent sa mga ganito with 20+sqm per unit and depende din sa location.
