malaking capital talaga ang kailangan... pero if you have 250K, pwede ka ng makabili ng bahay sa bangko (yung mga hindi nabayaran ng owners nila). hindi nga lang maganda, pero pwedeng paupahan mo muna.. kapag nakaipon ka na ulit ng malaking pera, gastusan mo na (irenovate mo - mas maganda, mas mahal mo maibebenta). Tapos pwede mo ng ibenta ulit.
