my hubby wants to own a restaurant naman since may experience sila sa ganitong line of business but my hubby wants to start from scratch yung kami ang mag-iisip ng concept and menu....he wants to hire a good chef from hongkong.

i really don't have a dream business.  i just want to earn and reach a 100,000 php per month net income.  trying to make it come true.  sana one day...  dahil tatanda ako then bata pa mga anak ko.  gusto ko, pag hindi ko na kaya gumawa ng pera one day, kaya ko pa ren tulungan financially ang mga anak ko.

Dear mga sis,

Legal po ba na siraan kayo ng isang tao because of what she calls joy reservation? I don't understand how it becomes a criminal act kung hindi naman po siya pre-ordered or anything? Also, nashock nalang ako kasi kagagaling ko lang sa hospital dahil naadmit yung 2mos. old son ko, tapos pag-open ko sa facebook, naninira na yung seller when I informed her beforehand na I can't settle such obligation kaya I cancelled the order nalang. She posted photos of me without my permission in her profile calling me a joy reserver. Nainsulto ako kasi wala naman akong kinuha sa kanya. Sana naman po may proteksyon sa consumer rights ng mga online buyers. I'm also an online seller pero hindi ko naman po inuugtas o sinisiraan ang buyers ko kung wala talaga siyang pera. Single mom ako at 19, it's not an easy job.

Pwede po kaya siya mareport sa fb mga sis? Ano po alam niyo? Kakainis po kasi eh.

My dream business is to put up a coffee shop. Mahilig ako sa kape and tea, and I like cozy places like coffee shops to hang out, work, or just have some quiet time, so yun yung aim ko na maging business someday.

I also like fashion, pero in this field mas feel ko maging buyer than seller. Hehe.

Zwitipantejo, try to talk to her na lang. Im an on line seller and it really irritates me if buyers would cancel after saying that they would buy the item.  However, i was never a fan of creating "joy reservers" album.  I don't like negative vibes kasi on my online store.  I would just let it go.  Iba-iba naman kasi sitwasyon or reason ng buyers.  Try to reason with her na lang.  Anyway, OT na tayo.  Better to post it sa "everything about selling online" thread.
