yes. maliit lang sya for some but for me ito talaga ang gusto ko. Gusto ko ng grocery store wherein papalakakihin ko sya na parang hypermart kung saan hindi lang foodies ang benta ko kundi pati rtw etc etc. Sana mabigyan katuparan ito:)

there are business that needs alot of manpowers. like carinderia or fastfood. dahil you need cook servidora, dishwasher. kahera.

bago natin pasukin we need talaga na pag aralan muna sya. when you franchise let's say Dunkin donut. you only need 1 tindera right.. parang it's wiser to think every aspect. pero walang kasing sarap magbusiness.

kailangan lang talaga hands - on. hindi yung paalis alis ka. goodluck sa aten!

1. apartment complex
2. beach resort - my mom loves the beach
3. farm with bed & breakfast inn =) - my hubby wants a farm & i want the inn
4. commercial complex =)

I want to own a 3-storey building..there's a roof top for party venue..dorm/apartment at 3rd flr, salon, boutique and a coffee shop at 2nd flr then a mini grocery at level 1.
