Also, if anyone has suggestions or recommendations for Tagaytay-based caterer, please do share.  Budget wedding in January 2015 sa Tagaytay.  Booked na namin ang church and venue (if hindi ma-tempt to change, hehe!).  But, caterer, not yet.  Help, please?

@moxy, ang mga alam kong Tagaytay-based caterer e Town's Delight, Juan Carlo. Meron pa iba like L&J catering saka Jack & Jen yata yun parang tagaytay/batangas area din yata sila.

About L&J catering- had FT with them earlier this month.  Very kind and accommodating nga pala talaga si Sir Kuya Willie.  Kaya lang, we weren't impressed with the taste of the food.  But, we've requested another FT sa June siguro with a different set of menu.  We hope it'd be much better this time around.

Hi mga sis! If may newlyweds dito ba PC brides, quick question lang, is Maja's Home Cafe still open? Parang hindi ko na mahanap yung official FB page nila. Only the automatically generated page lang pero before kasi they have an official account, with their menu posted. I'm just curious if it still operates or naging FT venue na ba or maybe office? TIA sa makakasagot.

^Food tasting venue na lang sya sis at Office na din yung Maja's home cafe.  We were there last June and yun na ang setup nila.

Sayang nga e. siguro kasi di masyadong kita ang venue kaya walang masyadong customers

Ok sis thanks for clarifying that. When they opened the cafe kasi I inquired with them agad, I think it's Maja's brother who replied to the email. So naalala ko lang bigla yung private dining option for small gatherings then hindi ko na mahanap FB page nila.

Sayang kasi you can go there anytime sana when you miss PC's food, pero for sure naman they have a reason for closing the cafe, nakaka sad lang.

Sa ibang sissies na hindi po narereplyan ng rates na hinihingi nila, pasensiya na po kasi 2013 to 2014 rates lang meron ako from PC. If may 2015 PC bride man dito, baka busy lang sa preps hehe but hopefully may makapag send ng copy sa inyo.

I'm back after a long period of hybernation!  Sorry but only to deliver the bad news .  Got married last year June 2 with PC team.  So sad na sila ang ultimate disappointment ko... Siguro di ako masyadong definite sa mga gusto ko... Here's why;

My kokeshi doll got lost from their montrous tower of cream puff cake.  The cake was soo nice though kaya lang naisip ko bakit di nasecure yung doll?

I discovered from the pics after that the sponsors didn't have tiffany chairs! Di nako nakapagreklamo ayoko na ubusin energy ko. 

I think PC is only good for those who are really willing to splurge especially sa styling.  We paid almost 150K but very minimal lang ang styling and yung food ewan ko pero walang masyadong nag-rave.  We were honest pa naman na the first check we issued was cancelled although it was accounted from their side.  Parang dun lang nag-rave sa chicken and beef wraps na it was my idea pa to serve with the welcome drinks. Maybe because nabusog na sila sa ice tea hehe.  One thing more, according to some guests, the crew werent conscious enough about the surroundings.  THat time kc maraming gamu-gamo since outdor reception so pinupog ng insects yung food

Di ko alam pero I really felt na it's totally not what I expected.  Super pakiusap pa naman ako kay hubby to have them... It's like so-so nalang nangyari to think na sa PC kami nagsplurge.  Parang that time mas focus na sila sa kiddie parties...

Oh well still happy naman ang wedding and married life.  Just my honest feedback.

Welcome back sis! I agree, na ang importante happy ang guests especially ang couple pero sis in case lang na may energy ka pa I think it's a good idea to let Maja know about what happened. Especially if wala siya doon and you have all the right naman sis to give her your honest feedback and opinion. Para hindi na maulit lalo pa pataas na talaga rates ng PC. Isa sila sa mga nasa top range caterer from reviews hanggang sa prices anyway, congrats sis and have a blissful married life!

Hi girls.

We're having a Tagaytay wedding, and we already booked passion cooks. I was so impressed kasi sa set-up nila. However I was told na yung basic styling is not that impressive daw, you have to upgrade pa? Also, I saw Queensland's package, super laki ng massave namin if we get them. Any thoughts? Yung mga naging PC brides, am I making the right choice?

^ sis baka si sis impulsive ang makatulong sayo about dyan kasi she mentioned they paid 150k to PC but I'm not sure if basic or upgraded setup sila. Once she gets online I'm sure she would be a great help to answer your query enjoy the preps!

Yes you are making the right choice. And you can check with Maja naman to work with the budget if you'll get their styling

I'm considering Passion Cooks din for our March wedding next year. Mukhang maganda kasi customer service nila and setup.

They have a tieup with Mango Farm. Baka meron ding nag Mango Farm-Passion Cooks sa inyo or may balak. Ok kaya 'yung package nila. Gaano ka-basic kaya 'yung basic package ni Passion Cooks? Baka may updated rates kayo pahingi naman. TIA! <3
