chubbycheeks Nirequest talaga namin si baked prawns thermidor for our next FT pero ang una kong tanong ay pasok pa ba sa budget namin. Pasok pa naman daw. 

muy: Yup, free ang FT. And when I asked her, hanggang ilan pwede, her reply was: As many as you would like until we can finalize your menu. Kitakits tayo mga PC brides sa cafe!

Hi mga sis p, kanina lang kami nag 1st FT with Passion Cooks. Eto yung menu namun kanina:

- oriental salad with crispy castfish and mango - 5 (5 is the highest)
- french union soup - 5 di mo malalasaan onion pala parang noodles eh
- bacon and banana rolls - 5 - nabitin ako sa sarap hehe
- chicken and ham crepe - 6 - panalo! The best! Wala kami masabi sa sarap pati si h2b nagustuhan
- grilled beed kebab - 4 - masarap sya pero di kami mahilig sa kebab eh.. So balik namin papalitan if ever ng iba beef dish. May suggestion po kayo?
- basilico e pomodoro - 4 - pang balance ng mga kinain masarap wala any beef or pork so sakto lang
- chocolate lazy cake - 5 masarap nga sya wala na ko masabi hehe.
- mango cream pie - 5 parang mango bravo ng contis masarap din

Baka may suggestion po kayo iba dessert na ok na itry sa next? Balak namin patanggal heavy appetizer palitan ng iba dish maybe vegetable

What i like abt them eh yung 1 wedding event per day lang sila for sure maasikaso talaga ang wedding nyo..

So mukha PC na nga kami caterer namin pag usapan lang [textspeak!] iba concerns namin

^Nagutom ako sa post mo sis, seriously!  Gusto ko tuloy magpa-schedule ng 2nd FT. Hehe. Yung lazy chocolate cake lang ang na-serve sa amin during our initial FT. Unfortunately, di siya masyado type ni H2B. We'll be requesting for the mango cream pie on our next FT naman. Pati siguro yung cream puffs since we'll be availing the cream puff tower which will be given as favors for guests.

sis, masarap un panna cotta with caramel sauce. try it. nagustuhan namin ni h2b un. chocolate lazy cake, mango cream pie and panna cotta un desserts namin.

sis francejen, try nyo un beef spareribs. pinatry din sa amin un beef kebab, masarap din. malambot un beef pero mas gusto pa rin namin ni h2b un beef spareribs.

Sis l_s: Actually, ipapasama namin sa 2nd FT namin yung mango cream pie saka panna cota. No chocolate lazy cake for us kasi di gusto ni H2B.

nakaka-excite naman mag FT with PC.. kaso december pa kami kasi work kami abroad.. pero at least may ganitong thread alam na namin yung mga hindi namin dapat ma-miss

Hi there pajoin naman. Im 2014 bride bit excited lang kaya wanted to book early and really eyeing for PC.

You think okay sila if 70pax lang? Because we wanted to have an intimate garden wedding. Our budget for PC is 100k including na ang styling for ceremony and reception. Okay na ba yon? Please help me guys.

Nacancel ang FT namin with them, nasad talaga ako ng bongga. Pati yung cafe, postponed ng psg open.. Peggers poppers pala kasi si madam. H2b will not be with me sa FT, nasasad ako. Arte lang.

Naku muy, nakakasad nga yun.  Na-stress naman ako, dapat mag-FT na pala uli kami bago umalis si H2B sa January para ma-finalize na ang menu namin. Yung detailing, kaya kong mag-decide kahit wala si H2B pero sa food, I really need his inputs.

^ sis, wag masyado pastress, hihi. buti pa h2b mo, january pa alis. Hubby ko alis na sa 14th. Huhu. Pilitin ko na lang sya bumalik for the FT. I need to see his reactions kasi sa food. Haha.

Hi mga sis! I have a question, may nabasa ako dito before na for PC daw mag add ka lang ng 20k, their will style the reception area lavishly na. hangang ngayon ba 20k is considered lavish pa din for PC? kasi yung coordinator ko ang budget nya for styling is 90k (reception, bouquet, church) for me mahal sya so para mabawasan upgrade ko na lang si PC. our event stylist will style church and bouquet na lang. okay ba plan ko sissies? pls help. i dont want to splurge. my theme is rustic/country style. like patty laurel

Hi just want to share po our first FT with PC and i must say, our first set of menu was "it" already.

Salad - Oriental Salad with Crispy Catfish and Mango Salsa (extra-ordinary!)
Appetizer - Quiche Lorraine (hindi sya starchy and has less eggs kaya healthy)
Soup - Cream of Pumpkin (haven't tried this yet, baka sa 2nd FT)
Main   - Chicken Galantine (exquisite!)
          - Osso Bucco (great with all the herbs and spices)
          - Classic Roast Beef (with Mushroom Sauce perfect with pandesal, roasted talaga yung meat)
          - Peppered Fish (Dory) Fillet with Mango-Mint and Teriyake-Sesame Salsa (no after taste, classic and fresh)
Dessert - Choco Lazy Cake (take note of its bisque-type after taste)
            - Mango Cream Pie (with perfection talaga)
            - Panna Cotta (will try on the next FT)

Ang maganda kay PC, assured ka na ikaw lang ang event nya on that day di katulad ng ibang caterer na may more than one event in a day especially weekends - di tuloy maasikaso yung mismong event mo
