- Oriental Salad with Crispy Catfish and Mango-Mint Salsa
- Chicken and Ham Crepe
- Baked Prawns Thermidor

good choice din daw ang Apple and Prune Stuffed Pork. I will ask Maja for this sa final FT namin

na-try ko rin yun Lechon Kare Kare when I attended a friend's wedding and super yummy!

santita - yes, sis. much raved nga ang choco lazy cake. supposedly, nasa menu namin siya but since we plan to share our wedding cake sa mga guests, we decided to get the fried suman with mangoes and caramel instead. yum yum!

Hello!  May tanong lang po, sino na po nakapag avail ng cake ng PC? which I believe kasama na sa package un. Tanong ko lang kung okay ba [textspeak!] cake nila? 3 layers or 5 layers man. Pwede bang ipa-off [textspeak!] cake sa package rate if ever di namin un kunin? Salamats!

hi, pwede mo sabihin kay Maja kung ayaw nyo nung cake. Pinatanggal namin yun sa menu namin. Kumuha kami ng cake sa ibang supplier.

may i ask, how much yung 'normal' wedding package rates nila for 150 guests?

^i think thats for 2012 no? If i remember it correctly may increase dun sa copy ng 2013 rates ko. By some miracle, i hope maja would lock the rates if we pay spot cash. Haha, kaloka lang. Takot ako lumaki expenses.

Also, if you're near the south, you could visit her cafe due to open next month! Im so excited, tambay pa naman ako ng bf..

I think theyre serving some, if not all, of their goodies dun.. I really want to try everything. Im yet to read a bad review about them and their food. Meron ba negative feedback sa kanila? Im curious lang.

sila first choice namin. kaso hindi sila accredited sa Glass Garden  sobra mahal if ever ipilit...

The dishes that made us say "bahala na ang corkage fee":
-Cream of pumpkin soup (soup pa lang, convinced na si H2B)
-Oriental salad with mango and tomato salsa
-Bacon and banana rolls (sobrang love ito ni H2B)
-Chicken and ham crepe
-Apple and prune stuffed pork (@ sis chubbycheeks: this is great too!)

We're still requesting another FT so we could finalize our menu. We have yet to decide pa on our pasta dish and we also want to taste the baked prawns thermidor. Ganun din sa desserts. Di masyado bet ni H2B yung choco lazy cake e.

@muy: Talaga sis?? Mag-open na rin sila ng cafe sa BF? Mayaya nga si H2B! Excited!

Final detailing na kami with Maja this November! Our wedding's in March and Maja will be gone kasi ng January and then mahal daw ang flowers ng February so this November na kami.

About the cafe, AFAIK, Maja told us they will open mid-November pa Excited!

from our mock-up last Wednesday, chef suggested to change baked prawns thermidor to grilled prawns with lemon butter sauce. even so, included pa rin sa final FT namin (by 3rd week of November) ang baked prawns thermidor para matikman ni h2b.

Ladies, free ba ang FT ni maja? Ive been asking kasi eh di nya sinasagot whenever i ask. May sched na kami for FT, but ive asked twice and she missed to answer, is it free?

Chubbycheeks, yah, oo nga, yun nga [textspeak!] sa 2013, ibang menu kaya ibang price yung nastock sa utak ko.

muy003 - based on my experience, sis, I'd say FT is free. when I had it, hindi pa kami booked and may ibang couples din who are to wed on the same wedding date as ours pero nag-go pa rin si Maja to sched my FT for free. sis, yun set packages na ba nila ang kukunin nyo if ever or mag-mix-and-match ka?
