Mga sis ask ko lang mababa daw kasi yung matress ko nadadaan ba sa hilot yun para tumaas? Kasi like ko na sana sundan first baby ko kaso tatakot ako na maulit yung nangyari before dahil placent previa ako dahil daw yun sa mababa matress.

Hi have you tried asking your dr? sabi ng mom ko nahihilot nga daw yun pero sa probinsya daw yun dati ginagawa para tumaas yung matres. Try mo din mag consult sa OB baka meron sila alam na gagawin para tumaas matres mo

Sabi nila nadadaan daw sa hilot pero may isa akong applicant na ang case niya 9 years na silang kasal ng husband niya pero wala pa sila anak. Nagpahilot siya sa manghihilot dahil sabi ng matatanda baka daw mababa ang matres. pero after magpahilot nag karoon siya ng myoma at tinanggal yung matres niya na lalo tuloy hindi na siya magkaka anak. Better consult ka muna sis sa OB mo para mabigyan ka ng tamang advice.

Pero minsan genetics din ang cause ng mga complication so wala talaga magagawa.

the first i tried hilot kasi mababa din matris ko, after couple of weeks, i had problems din..  masakit yung paghilot dba, then after 2 days, lumala lalo yung pain.. as in may makirot. tas mga after a week,napansin ko may fluid lumalabas skin.. kapag nagliners ako, super nasosoak sya talaga that i have to wear pads na talaga. I consulted an ob kasi alarming na, i had trans v and i found na i have retroverted uterus din. then ob said din na i had problems with my fallopian tubes daw, parang nagdikit2.. So if ever mabuntis ako may chance ako magectopic..     Parang natakot na ko na magpahilot even magpacheck up.. Kasi parang I dont want to hear anything negative na or mas grabe pa.. sobrang nakakafrustrate kasi hubby wants to have a baby na.  I know, I should be talking to my ob since ttc na kami ni hubby, pero andun pa din talaga yung fear ko..

magpatingin nalang sa doctors. sa panahon kasi ngayon yung mga traditional way, napapasama pa lalo. mahirap mag take ng risk sa ganyan kasi baka mamaya irreversible ang damage na magawa edi hindi pa magka anak lalo

ganito kc nov.28 niregla ako bago kami nagkita ni hubby galing [textspeak!] sa saudi. unprotected kami sa sex kasi gusto na namin magkababy, december 26 o 27 nag mens ako....
pero nitong january 27 ni regla ulit ako malakas pero pagkagabi nawala naman isang araw lang [textspeak!] mens ko....
nitong january30 umuwi kami sa davao tapos febuary 1st week un nagpagalam ako sa manghihilot para mabuntis ako di naman daw mababa matris ko pero may sinabi c manang ewan nakalimutan ko kaya daw lumabas [textspeak!] sperm ni hubby ko dahil dun... sakto naman that week is may fertile days kaya sabi ni manang mabubuntis na daw ako...pinabalik nya ako bago matapos ang buwan....
pero bumalik ako 1st week ng march tapos un sabi ni manang buntis ako 5weeks na at babae [textspeak!] hula!!!
at the day nagpacheck ako sa ob kc gusto ni hubby makita [textspeak!] result thru pt o ultrasounds....
sa pt negative tas sa ultrasound naman negative walang nakita kung di may PCOS ako.
ngaun ang tyan ko malaki na parang buntis talaga... ewan ko kung san ako maniniwala hilot o doctor... nagpahula din kc ako sa manggagamot c nanay dug ab... pinulsohan nya lang ako pero sabi oo may laman tyan ko babae din [textspeak!] hula nya...tas sabi ko nagpacheck up na ako tas sabi believe daw ako kay god kc un ang nakikita nya,  tas sabi ni nanay wag daw muna ako magpa ultrasound kc sayang daw [textspeak!] pera di daw makikita basta 100% c nanay na buntis ako.... balik ako after 3-4months kay nanay soon!!!

^sis, i have nothing against hilot and i am also a believer of God. pero don't you think you should go to a specialist like an OB to know what's really going on inside you? kung hindi nakita sa unang beses, paulit nyo after 2 weeks or have a second opinion. if you are really pregnant, you should have been taking vitamins for you and your baby's development. ano pinapatake sa yo ni manang, herbal?

I don't believe that placenta previa is caused due to your uterus lying low. It is the random implantation of the embryo. It just happened that it implanted very low on the uterus thus resulted to placenta previa. Hilot will not have any connection for the placenta to move up or for the embryo to implant at the higher part of the uterus.

Dati kasi yung preggy pa ako, my baby's placenta was low lying. A lot of people already told me to consider hilot but my instinct just doesn't feel comfortable at the idea so I refused a lot of times. At 8months, it moved up naman without going through hilot. My baby was even breech, but in time turned to vertex at the 8th month.

Although hilot has been practiced for a very long time already, (my mom also went through it before she got preggy with me), but it's a case to case basis kasi. Sometimes, it will do good but sometimes it will also cause harm so you have to listen to your instinct if it's really for you or not.

I do believe in hilot but I also pray for God's guidance. Hubby and I have been together for 8 years but di na piinapalad magka-baby. PCOS kasi ako tapos irregular pa. Tapos mañana pa matures ko. Nung ngpahilot ako, nabuntis agad ako. Sadly, nakunan ako. After a month, nagpahilot ulit ako. 4 months after, preggy na ulit ako. After kong maging preggy ulit, mga 3 times a akong nagpahilot ulit. So far, wala namang complications. In fact, I feel ok after every hilot session. My aunt also had hilot when she had her 2nd baby kasi breech. She was advised to undergo CS na. Umuwi siyang probinsiya para ipahilot. Tapos nag-normal na siya. Amazing!

Im open to hilot kasi iniisip ko wala naman masama and di naman gano ka mahal mag pahilot.
I have pcos and irregular period so started meds para mabuntis. Ayaw ko pa magpawork up agad because I wanted to give myself a chance to get pregnant for atleast a year before trying more complicated medical procedures. Pero nung 10th month na namin trying at wala parin, my mom suggested hilot. Nun first hilot ko, sabi sakin it will take 2-3 more hilots bago mabubuntis ako, may extra tip pa sha na kung mabuntis daw girl first baby ko. Surprisingly, naging reasonable length ng period ko. After a month, nag 2nd hilot ako. Then my period was late, ayun, buntis na pala. And guess what? Girl nga. So kahit ayaw maniwala, mashadong coincidence naman diba. Hehe.

sa probinsya namin ( bicol ) i grew up with this kind of "paniniwala" or wathever you may call it yong hilot-hilot nga, so far okay naman cya inaapply saamin to when may trangkaso,pilay or even if you are pregnant..at 13weeks placenta previa totalis ako and my MIL insisted na umuwi ako to take hilot para tumaas daw yong placenta ko pero hindi ako umuwi due some reasons..at 20weeks i had my ultrasound and nag migrate na cya low lying placenta na atleast my improvement i asked my OB if i should take a hilot my OB told to me that shes not against with hilot but it should be done sa mga hindi high risk yong pregnancy at talagang marurunong maghilot..kasi in my case di daw pwede kasi baka magkaroon ng abruption of placenta..siguro case to case basis talaga..

After a year of trying to conceive, we considered hilot (due to the advice of hubby's relatives)..
I had a 3-day consecutive sessions last December 2012..
Came January and February 2013, I was delayed.. March 2013, I was 6 weeks pregnant..
November, I gave birth to our first child.. A bouncing baby boy!

naniniwala ako sa hilot.. pero during last trimester of pregnancy pag breech si baby.

i've seen friends and even my sister na breech babies pero naayos nung ni hilot and they were able to deliver their babies via NSD

pero never heard yung hilot for TTC.

Yung hilot as per TTC - di ko sure if nagkataon lang talaga, kasi yung sakin, TTC kami ni hubby for 17 months and under medication ako for 6 months. After ko inistop yung meds ko, hinilot ako nung kapitbahay namin. Then after the hilot, nagkaroon ako ng mens na super lakas talaga. Then the next month, nakabuo na kami ni hubby. So siguro in a way, effective parin sya, lalo na kapag mababa yung matres.

Ang dami nagsabi sa akin before na magpahilot, MIL ko unang una na and officemates, pero tumatak lang sa isip ko iyong sinabi ni OB one time na huwag daw ako magpapahilot so inalis ko na talaga sa isip ko ito. 2 years kaming TTC ni hubby, and until now hindi ko rin talaga alam if anong nakatulong parang makabuo kami. Ang natandaan ko lang hindi na ako masyadong stressed before ako magbuntis, and healthy breakfast everyday. Matagal narin ako nagstop magtake ng medications that time kasi wala din nangyayari.
