Kakastart ko lang magintroduce ng solid kay baby.. Mejo mahirap pa sya pakainin.. sabi kasi ng doctor nya squash, potato and egg yolk lang daw muna.. ayaw nya ng potato and squash.. egg yolk naman nagsuka sya.. lactose intolerant kasi..  a new friend advised me to use organic cereal instead.. kaso nung nagsearch ako ang daming choices iba ibang brand and labels pa @_@
what's the best brand po kaya ng organic cerial? and yung best po for a lactose intolerant child. TIA :D

Question mommies:

Pano ginagawa nyo for example nag puree ng veggies/fruits na per batch, (stored in ice cube tray) kapag kakainin na ni baby need pa bang initin yung veggies? Sa fruits ok lang ba ipakain kahit cold?

Also, formula mik kasi iniinom ni baby, so I think hindi ko pwedeng ihalo yung fm sa food na ipprepare ko tapos i sstore sa ref kasi nasisira agad ang fm dba? Tama ba?

Hello, new mom po..
started introducing solida to my 6 month old baby boy..
suggestion ng pedia nya, 1 week lugaw, 1 week sayote, 1 week patatas, 1 week kalabasa.. then pwede na mag-iba-iba.. pra [textspeak!] masanay sa different texture si baby.. sa ngayon, patatas na kami!
so far lahat ng pinapakain ko gusto naman niya, nagagalit pa nga kapag ubos na or gusto pa niya kumain, ako na lang pumipigil dahil baka masobrahan, hehe..
ako lahat nagpe-prepare ng food niya, pureed by blender then store sa ice tray.. mas okay sakin ito, kasi control ko dami ng ipapakain sa kanya..
happy ako kasi gusto ni baby mga food niya!
